This invention miniaturizes a package of a semiconductor device and simplifies a manufacturing procedure to reduce a manufacturing cost. A semiconductor wafer formed of a plurality of semiconductor chips formed with MEMS devices and wiring thereof on front surface thereof and a cap arrayed wafer disposed with a plurality of sealing caps are attached to seal the MEMS devices in cavities between them. Then, a plurality of via-holes is provided penetrating through the semiconductor wafer to form embedded electrodes therein, and bump electrodes are formed thereon. After this procedure, this structure is cut along scribe lines to be divided into each of packages.

Semiconductor device and manufacturing method of the same

A camera module for a mobile device is reduced in size and manufacturing cost. A filter material made of a multi-layer thin film is bonded to a surface of a lens which is bonded to a surface of an image sensor chip. The filter material is a filter to block radiation within a predetermined range of wave length in an incident radiation to the lens, for example, an IR filter to block infrared radiation. An iris material made of a film such as an acrylic film or a polyolefin film is bonded to the lens covered with the filter material.

In a CD type disk player, main data in a digital signal, which is read from a CD type disk traced by a pickup, is decoded in a decoding means in accordance with a bit clock regenerated in a clock regenerator. Both the writing and reading of the data into and from a memory can be synchronized with the bit clock. Also, a selector can switch over the operation clock of the decoding means, thereby selecting the more important factor, either time base precision or decoding ability, in correspondence with the kind of disk. While avoiding the enlargement in size and power consumption of the disk motor, the read out of the information from the disk can be conducted at a higher speed.

Signal processing circuit for an optical disk player including data

A tuning control apparatus of a receiver having an electronic tuner comprises a tuning voltage generating circuit including a window comparator, a charge pump and a low-pass filter. An S curve signal is applied to the window comparator to make a search controlled by means of a voltage synthesizer system using the S curve signal until the receipt of a broadcasting signal. If an optimum tuning point is established through the search control, the local oscillation frequency at that time is counted to provide frequency division ratio data. A phase-locked loop is operated as a function of the frequency division ratio data on the occasion of the above described optimum tuning point, whereby reception of the broadcasting signal is continued. Preferably, an automatic frequency control operation is performed before the phase-locked loop is operated.
