A door latching device includes a latch motor connection switch, a converter line which includes a converter power supply, a latch motor and a latch. The latch motor connection switch has an input side connected with the converter line, and an output side connected with the latch motor. The latch is caused to perform an opening operation when the latch motor is driven. Based on an instruction for causing the latch to perform the opening operation, the latch motor connection switch is closed, and the converter power supply is activated to step up an input voltage to the converter power supply and output the input voltage to the latch motor connection switch.

A speaker diaphragm includes a fabric layer in which impregnated thermosetting resin is thermally cured, and a paper layer integrated on a rear face of this fabric layer. Fluffs of the paper layer filling stitches of the fabric layer are entangled with threads of the fabric layer from a surface of the fabric layer, and are firmly fixed by thermosetting resin. This integrates the layers in the state that the paper layer is filled in the stitches of the fabric layer. Accordingly, internal loss and Young's modulus of the speaker diaphragm can be increased. As a result, the speaker sound quality can be improved.

A damper, which is an element of a speaker and suppresses the rolling of a voice coil unit, includes a corrugated structure portion at its inner periphery and a leaf spring at its outer periphery. By coupling the corrugated structure portion to the voice coil unit and coupling the leaf spring to the frame, the distortion of a speaker can be reduced and the driving efficiency can be improved.

Speaker

In a speaker, a first space enclosed by the surface of a second edge close to a magnetic circuit body, a suspension holder, the outer circumferential surface of a voice coil body, the magnetic circuit body, and a frame is airtight to the atmosphere outside the speaker, to make a first space function as an air suspension. The voice coil body is supported with a first edge and a second edge, and with the aid of the springiness of gas inside a first space. Hence, an equivalent, low Young's modulus can be set to the first edge and the second. Consequently, deformation of the diaphragm connected to the first edge is reduced during sound reproduction, thereby reducing disturbance in frequency response in the middle and high ranges.

The frame of a speaker is divided into a first frame part and a second frame part. The outer circumferential edge of the suspension holder is sandwiched between the surfaces of the first and second frame parts. This structure can reduce rolling of the diaphragm and harmonic distortion of the speaker.

A speaker having smaller distortion and driven at higher efficiency is disclosed. The speaker includes a frame, a magnetic circuit supported by the frame, a voice coil unit placed movable with respect to magnetic gap provided to the magnetic circuit, a diaphragm of which outer rim is coupled to the frame via a first edge, and of which inner rim is coupled to the voice coil unit, and a damper placed on the magnetic circuit side with respect to the diaphragm, and which damper has an outer rim coupled to the frame and an inner rim coupled to the voice coil unit. The outer rim of the damper is coupled to the frame via a second edge, which includes a first protrusion protruding toward the diaphragm and a second protrusion protruding oppositely to the first protrusion.

Speaker damper () used in a speaker including frame (), magnetic circuit () coupled to frame (), voice coil unit () inserted into magnetic gap () provided in magnetic circuit (), and diaphragm () coupled to frame () and voice coil unit () at its outer and inner peripheral ends, respectively. Speaker damper () is coupled to voice coil unit () and frame () at its inner and outer peripheral ends, respectively, and has first supporting portion () having a first elastic modulus at its inner peripheral end and second supporting portion () having a second elastic modulus different from the first elastic modulus at the outer peripheral side of first supporting portion (). This configuration can reduce the distortion of a speaker, even if the amplitude amount of voice coil unit () becomes large, and a large load is not applied to vibrating voice coil unit ().

Speaker damper and speaker using the same

A loudspeaker includes a frame, a magnetic circuit supported by the frame, voice coil body provided movably in relation to a magnetic gap provided at the magnetic circuit, a diaphragm having an outer rim being joined via a first edge to the frame and an inner rim being joined to the voice coil body, and a damper located towards the magnetic circuit from the diaphragm. The damper has an inner rim joined to the voice coil body. The damper has an outer rim joined via a second edge to the frame. The second edge protrudes towards the diaphragm or in a direction opposite to the diaphragm. The damper includes a first protrusion protruding towards the diaphragm and a second protrusion protruding in a direction opposite to a direction in which the first protrusion protrudes. A protrusion out of the first and second protrusions is closest to the second edge among the protrusions. A further projection out of the first and second protrusions is located more inside than the protrusion and protrudes in a direction opposite to a direction in which the second edge protrudes. The further protrusion has a size largest among sizes of other protrusion. This loudspeaker has a small distortion and a large driving efficiency.

Loudspeaker has frame, magnetic circuit, voice coil, diaphragm, first combination and second combination. First combination and second combination are both provided closer to magnetic circuit than diaphragm, the inner rims of which are connected to voice coil while the outer rims are to frame. First combination has first damper and first edge wherein first edge has first edge protrusion protruding in a direction toward diaphragm. Second combination has second damper and second edge wherein second edge has second edge protrusion protruding in an opposite direction to the protruding direction of first edge protrusion This structure obtains loudspeaker that distortion is suppressed and weight reduction is easy for an excursion part thus improved in driving efficiency.

A high efficiency loudspeaker without a damper is provided. The loudspeaker includes magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap and a voice coil member, which has movable coil, disposed in the magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit. The loudspeaker also includes a diaphragm, whose inner peripheral part is linked with the voice coil member, outside the magnetic gap and a frame linked with an outer peripheral part of the diaphragm via a first edge. An inner peripheral part of a suspension holder is linked with the voice coil member at a linked position which is closer to the magnetic circuit than a linked position of the diaphragm and the voice coil member. An outer peripheral part of the suspension holder is linked with a frame via a second edge. The first edge and the second edge are substantially symmetrical with each other about a median of a first edge and a second edge.

An uncured fluid adhesive is charged into a groove surrounding the outer circumference of a voice coil so that the inner circumferential edge of a diaphragm is immersed in the adhesive. The cured adhesive securely bonds the diaphragm to the voice coil, and thus the diaphragm can be driven at high output.

A speaker diaphragm which includes a woven cloth which contains a thermosetting resin of thermo-cured state, and a paper board bonded and integrated with the woven cloth at the back surface. The woven cloth has its weave texture exposed on the front surface. The diaphragm has a high strength because it is made with a woven cloth; furthermore, its hardness is high because the thermosetting resin impregnated in woven cloth is in thermo-cured state. Thus the diaphragm helps implementing a speaker which demonstrates superior vibration characteristics in the high frequency sound region.

The invention is intended to enhance the driving efficiency in a speaker being less in distortion. In order to achieve the purpose, there is provided a damper disposed rather closer to a magnetic circuit than the diaphragm, of which the inner rim is connected to a voice coil body, and the outer rim of the damper is connected to the frame via the second edge. The second edge is protruded toward the diaphragm or the opposite side thereof. The damper has such a structure that the first protrusion protruding toward the diaphragm and the second protrusion protruding in a direction opposite to the first protrusion are alternately repeated in a plurality of times, and the first protrusion and the second protrusion are different in size from each other. The smaller protrusion out of the first and second protrusions is same in protruding direction as the second edge.

A leader line of a voice coil from a conductive wire part is drawn out from a part between a diaphragm coupling part and a part disposed in the magnetic gap toward a frame in a non-contact state with a diaphragm. One end side of the second edge made of an elastic body is coupled to a part between a drawing part of the leader line on the voice coil and a part of the voice coil disposed in the magnetic gap. The other end side of the second edge is coupled to the frame. A suspension holder is integrated with the proximity of a coupling part of the second edge to the voice coil. The suspension holder is stuck to the voice coil using an adhesive. The disturbance of the movement of the voice coil can be reduced.
