A method for measuring the intensity of a current, comprising the steps of obtaining a computation matrix M comprising a set of terms, proportional to a distance between a measuring point and a reference point, raised to a power higher than or equal to zero, forming a vector B including measurements of the value of the magnetic field in a direction at a measuring point, computing the components of a vector A, each component being a coefficient of a decomposition of the magnetic field into spatial harmonics proportional to the intensity of the current such that the matrix relation B=M&#xd7;A is satisfied, and determining the intensity.

Method for measuring the intensity of a current in a conductor

A method for capturing a molecule in a sample, comprising mixing the sample with magnetic particles. Each of the particles being coupled with an element capable of binding selectively to the molecule for capture, so as to form at least one complex comprising a magnetic particle. The element and the molecule bound to the element, immobilizing the at least one complex on a support comprising ordered magnetic field microsources.

Method for capturing, method for detecting and kit for capturing a molecule in a sample

An electricity generator including a first converter suitable for converting a variation of an energy to be harvested into a corresponding excess of electrical charges. The generator includes a circuit for collecting the excess of electrical charges, the circuit has a first controllable mechanical switch, and a control device for the first switch designed to control the switching of the switch to its closed position when the excess of electrical charges exceeds a first predetermined threshold. The switch is a magnetic switch and the control device comprises a variable magnetic field source which controls the switching of the first switch to its closed position only at the time when the excess of electrical charges exceeds the first predetermined threshold.

Electricity generator

An energy harvester includes a circuit for collecting an excess of electrical charges on a first connection terminal, wherein the circuit is equipped with a first controllable mechanical switch, and a control device for the first switch. There is a transducer suitable for directly transforming, without consuming the excess of electrical charges present on the first connection terminal, the variation of the energy to be harvested into a mechanical deformation which displaces the first switch from its open position to its closed position.

Energy harvester

An energy harvester having a converter suitable for converting a variation of the energy to be harvested into a corresponding excess of electrical charges. There is a circuit for collecting the excess of electrical charges, the circuit is equipped with a controllable switch and a control device for the switch designed to control the switching of this switch to its closed position. The control device is suitable for exerting a force which stresses the electrical contacts towards one another. The force varies continually as a function of the quantity of electrical charges present on the first terminal and bringing the electrical contacts to bear on one another only when the excess of electrical charges exceeds a predetermined threshold, and/or for ionizing the electrically insulating medium to produce an electrical arc between the two electrical contacts only when the excess of electrical charges exceeds the predetermined threshold.

The invention relates to an electromagnetically actuated microshutter comprising: a moveable plate that can rotate about an axis, connected to a stationary frame by two arms aligned on both sides of the plate to said axis, and comprising on its periphery a conductive loop and below the assembly formed by the stationary frame and the moveable plate, a group of magnets having distinct magnetic orientations, arranged in such a manner so as to create, with respect to the moveable plate, a lateral magnetic field, in the plane of the frame, oblique in relation to the axis of rotation.

Electromagnetically actuated microshutter

The invention relates to an electromagnetically actuated microshutter comprising: a moveable plate that can rotate about an axis, connected to a stationary frame by two arms aligned on both sides of the plate to said axis, and comprising on its periphery a conductive loop; and below the assembly formed by the stationary frame and the moveable plate, a group of magnets having distinct magnetic orientations, arranged in such a manner so as to create, in regard to the moveable plate, a lateral magnetic field, in the plane of the frame, oblique in relation to the axis of rotation.

The present invention relates to a magnetic actuation method according to which a magnetized mobile () is directed by means of at least one magnetic element () placed opposite said magnetized mobile, characterized in that the preferred direction (or easy axis) of magnetization is made to turn at every point of said element by applying at least one mechanical constraint to said magnetic element(s) (), causing anisotropy within said element and thus moving the magnetized mobile in a preferred linear direction or causing the same to rotate.

Magnetic actuation method

This is a magnetic actuator including a mobile magnetic portion (), a fixed magnetic portion () provided with at least two attraction areas () for the mobile magnetic portion (), and means () for triggering the displacement of the mobile magnetic portion (), the mobile magnetic portion () being in levitation when it is not in contact with an attraction area (). The mobile magnetic portion () includes a magnet-based part () with reduced magnet weight, this part () having an overall volume, and a mass which is less than the one it would have if its overall volume was totally occupied by the magnet.

Levitation magnetic actuator

A magnetic actuator including a mobile magnetic part, a fixed magnetic part, and a mechanism for triggering displacement of the mobile magnetic part relatively to the fixed magnetic part. At least two amagnetic supports, placed in different planes, delimit a gap between them, the fixed magnetic part being integral with at least one of the supports. The supports each have an abutment area for the mobile magnetic part, the abutment area being distinct from the fixed magnetic part. The mobile magnetic part is in levitation in the gap between both supports by magnetic guiding due to the fixed magnetic part when it does not abut against the abutment area of one of the supports. The mobile magnetic part can assume plural stable magnetic positions; in each of these positions, it abuts against a support.

Magnetic levitation actuator

This magnetic actuator comprises a fixed magnetic part () cooperating magnetically with a mobile magnetic part () and means () for initiating movement of the mobile magnetic part (). The mobile magnetic part () comprises at least one magnet (-) and the fixed magnetic part () has at least two attraction zones (-) onto which the mobile magnetic part is able to come to attach itself. The mobile magnetic part () levitates when it is not attached to one of attraction zones (-), its movement being magnetically guided.
