A method of killing a phytopathogen or reducing growth thereof is provided. The method comprising exposing the phytopathogen to an effective amount of a composition comprising a biologically pure culture ofsp. or at least one volatile organic compound (VOC) being produced by the biologically pure culture and capable of killing the phytopathogen or reducing growth thereof.

Uses ofsp. or volatile organic compounds derived therefrom

Disclosed herein are agricultural biocontrol compounds and compositions comprising the compounds, and methods of using the same. Specifically, nematacide fungicidal and herbecidial compounds, compositions comprising thereof, and methods for preventing and inhibiting nematodes, fungi and weed growth are disclosed herein.
