Accordingly, there is provided a method of treating cancer in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of an agent capable of (i) specifically binding GABRA2, the agent comprising a therapeutic moiety; and/or (ii) downregulating activity and/or expression of said GABRA2.
