Provided is a packaging bag which can prevent the entry of water between a handle and a body, as well as can maintain proper degrees of easy-opening properties and bag-break strength. A packaging bag includes an easy-peel seal. The seal includes first regions in which multiple belt-shaped seals are spaced from each other in the width direction and second regions in which a single belt-shaped seal is disposed. The first regions and second regions are alternately disposed adjacent to each other in the length direction of the belt-shaped seals. The single belt-shaped seal in each second region has a wide width so that the multiple belt-shaped seals in the adjacent first regions can be connected to the single belt-shaped seal.

A capped spout of the present invention has a spout () and a cap () that engages with the spout. Spout () has a cylindrical body () and a welding part (). Cylindrical body () has an interior that serves as a discharge passage () for discharging liquid content in a bag-shaped package, wherein the cap () is attached to the cylindrical body () in order to close an opening of an outlet end of the discharge passage. The welding part () is formed outside the cylindrical body () and is welded to an opening of the package. The capped spout of the present invention further has a thin film part () that is formed inside the cylindrical body () in order to close an opening of an inlet end of the discharge passage. Thin film part () has a first surface that faces an interior of the cylindrical body, the interior being closed by the cap () and the thin film part (). A circular groove () that is concentric with the thin film part is formed on the first surface. The circular groove () is formed of an arc-shaped first groove () and an arc-shaped second groove () that is longer than the first groove (). Third linear grooves () extend on the first surface outwardly from each of both ends of the second groove () in a radial direction of the cylindrical body (). The first groove () is unbreakable and the second () and third grooves () are breakable. An arc-shaped fourth groove () is further formed on the first surface, wherein the fourth groove is located radially outward of the first groove () between a pair of the third grooves (). The fourth groove () is unbreakable.

Capped spout

Provided is an aseptic filling packaging machine that includes film feeder (), plug feeder (), welding devices (, and), sterilizer (), and filling packaging device (). Film feeder () feeds strip film (). Plug feeder () feeds plug () to a predetermined position of fed film (). Primary welding mechanism (), which serves as a welding device, temporarily welds plug () to the predetermined position of film (). Sterilizer () immerses filmhaving plug (), which has been fed from film feeder (), in a sterile liquid. While forming filmhaving plug (), which has been fed from sterilizer (), into a bag shape, filling packaging device () fills the formed film packaging body having the plug with content to seal it. In filling packaging device (), secondary welding mechanism () that serves as a welding device completely welds plug () to film ().

Aseptic filling packaging machine and aseptic filling packaging method

Filling and packaging machine () includes supply pipe () for supplying contents into film (), squeeze rollers () for feeding film () downward and horizontal seal mechanism () for sealing in the contents supplied into film (). Horizontal seal mechanism () includes heating unit () having a pair of seal bars for heat-sealing film () and cooling/cutting unit (), placed under the cooling/cutting unit, having a pair of cooling bars for cooling a heat-sealed portion of film. Cooling/cutting unit () is movable in a vertical direction so that the cooling bars can be positioned between the seal bars while the seal bars are opened.

Film supply apparatus () has two film holders () supporting two rolls of film as film () on a use side and film () on a stand-by side respectively, feed rollers () for feeding film () on the use side, film holding member () holding a leading end portion of film () on the stand-by side, sucker () pulling back film () on the stand-by side upstream in a feeding direction and heater bar () heat-sealing two films (). Sucker () attracts film () by suctioning and pulls film () back to a position where a leading end portion thereof faces heater bar ().

Packaging container

There is provided a packaging apparatus including a mechanism for joining a film from a film roll and a film from another film roll to each other. The packaging apparatus is capable of preventing a joint of the films from suffering a thermal sealing failure thereby increasing production efficiency. Package apparatus () includes film supply mechanism (A) for joining and supplying films (A,B) and packaging mechanism (C) for producing package bags from the film. Film accumulator (B) for guiding and holding the film in a meandering fashion is disposed between film supply mechanism (A) and packaging mechanism (C). Some of accumulating rollers () of film accumulator (B) are movable to a predetermined position depending on the size of package bags to be manufactured. The length of the film from a position in which the films are joined to each other to a position in which the film is horizontally sealed is changed to prevent the joint between the films from being placed in the position in which the film is horizontally sealed.

Packaging apparatus

A pillow packaging bag, a pillow type packaging body, a heat seal bar for pillow packaging machine, and a pillow packaging machine. The pillow packaging bag enabling the suppression of the occurrence of pin holes in a handling step and a transportation course after packaging comprises two lateral seal parts positioned roughly parallel with each other and a contents filling part held by the two lateral seal parts. Damping portions connected to the contents filling portion are formed near both side end parts of the lateral seal part from the border line thereof with the contents filling part near the center part of the lateral seal part toward the lateral seal part.

A film feeding device etc. in which, even if film rolls in which tapes are applied to joint between films of the rolls are used, an occurrence of a bag making failure caused by the tape is prevented. A film feeding mechanism (A) has a receiving member () for holding the leading edge of a film (B) of the standby side and a joining sealer () for joining films (A,B). A tape (B) applied to the film (A) on the use side is detected by a sensor (), and according to the result of the detection, a cutter () cuts of the film (A) at a portion on the downstream side of the tape. Then, the cut film (A) and the film (B) of the standby side are joined by the joining sealer (), and the two films joined are sent as a long film.
