According to embodiments of the present invention, a clip includes: a plate spring member having a leg portion and flange portions; a pin member having a shaft portion and a head portion. The leg portion has: inclined portions outwardly extending from a bent portion; engagement portions inwardly extending from the inclined portions; and abutting portions connected between the inclined portions and the flange portions. The shaft portion has: a proximal-side diameter-expanded portion; and a distal-side diameter-reduced portion. When the plate spring member is assembled with the pin member and flange portions abut a front side circumference of the mounting hole, the diameter-expanded portion abut the abutting portions to expand the leg portion through a further pushing operation of the pin member thereby engaging the engagement portions with a back side circumference of the mounting hole.

Clip

A clip comprises a grommet and a pin, and the grommet has a flange and leg pieces. The flange has a pair of right and left flange bodies, bridges for joining the flange bodies, and an opening portion formed at the center portion thereof. Peripheral walls of the opening portion are formed by the respective end faces of the flange bodies and the bridges, and the right and left peripheral walls formed by the end faces of the flange bodies and the front and rear peripheral walls formed by the end faces of the bridges are offset in a thickness direction, thereby establishing a positional relationship in which the right and left peripheral walls and the front and rear peripheral walls do not intersect to each other.

A part mounting mechanism includes a boss, and a resin clip adapted to be assembled to the boss. The resin clip includes holding pieces, elastic engagement pieces, and a connecting portion. The part mounting mechanism also includes projecting portions formed on facing inner surfaces of the connecting portion at predetermined intervals in a staggered fashion along a direction in which the boss is inserted. When the boss is inserted into the connecting portion, the projecting portions bite into the distal end portion of the boss.

Part mounting mechanism

A first annular frame is formed on the bottom surface of an engine cover. A mount rubber of columnar shape is inserted into the first annular frame. Projections of the mount rubber are fitted into holes of the first annular frame. A through hole is formed in the mount rubber. An engagement projection is formed on the inner surface of the through hole. An adapter has a small-diameter part formed in the vicinity of the top end and a predetermined distance away from the top end toward the root thereof. The adapter has a flange formed below the smaller-diameter part. The top end part of the adapter is inserted into the through hole of the mount rubber to fit the engagement projection into the small-diameter part and bring the flange into abutment on the bottom surface of the mount rubber.

Joint structure between members

A clip includes a grommet, a pin, and a thin connection portion integrally connecting the grommet and the pin. The grommet includes a pair of expandable leg pieces and has a V-shape. The pin can relatively move inside the grommet. A through hole for guiding a top portion of the pin is defined at a tip of the V-shape of the grommet. The thin connection portion is located between an edge of the top portion of the pin and an edge of the through hole. The thin connection is cut when the pin is pushed into the inside of the grommet.

A rotary damper includes a housing () that has a holding chamber (), a rotor () integral with a gear () disposed rotatably in the holding chamber () of the housing (), and a braking member () for controlling the rotation of the rotor (). The braking member () is interposed between the outer periphery of the rotor () and the inner periphery the holding chamber (). A supporting shaft () is erected on the bottom part of the holding chamber () of the housing (). A through-hole () is bored in the rotor for permitting insertion therein of the supporting shaft () in the axial direction of the rotor (). The rotor () is supported through the supporting shaft () and the through-hole (). With this configuration, a stabilized braking force is constantly provided because the rotor () does not incline it is being rotated.

A sheet-like element winding apparatus has an accommodating case , at one end portion of which a cap is attached to, and also has a winding shaft , disposed in the accommodating case , for winding a sheet-like element, and a pushing means for rotating and pushing the winding shaft in a direction in which the sheet-like element is wound. A clutch mechanism is provided at an end portion of the winding shaft. When a sheet-like element is wound, the winding shaft is connected through the clutch mechanism to a damping means D for providing a damping force to the winding shaft. When a sheet-like element is drawn out, the connection between the winding shaft and the damping means is canceled through the clutch mechanism.

Apparatus for winding sheet-like element

A pull-in device for a string includes a tubular cylinder, a piston adapted to move inside the cylinder, an urging spring for elastically urging the piston inside the cylinder in the direction of one terminal part of the cylinder, and a string to be pulled in or pulled out with the movement of the piston. The device is characterized by a plurality of hooking parts, each capable of slidably hooking the string, that are formed on the piston as mutually opposed across the center of the piston, a hooking part capable of slidably hooking the string that is formed on a cap adapted to close the other terminal opening part of the cylinder, one terminal part of the string pulled out of the cylinder, intervening points of the whole length of the string hooked serially on the hooking parts and as folded back, and the other terminal part of the string fixed on the cylinder or piston.

String pull-in device

A fixing clip holds the shaft of an article, and fixes the article onto a panel via a through-hole formed in the panel and having a front edge and a rear edge. The fixing clip includes a base having a front end, a rear end, and an opening, and a shaft holder formed on the base and for receiving the shaft of the article. The shaft holder has a conical wall. The fixing clip also has a first stopper that is a portion of the area on the conical wall of the shaft holder and faces the front end of the base; and a second stopper positioned along one side of the opening and facing the rear end of the base. When the fixing clip is attached to the panel, the first stopper comes into frictional contact with the front edge of the through-hole, and the second stopper catches the rear edge of the through-hole. The fixing clip also has a tail-like third stopper, which extends from the conical wall of the shaft holder above the first stopper and toward the front end of the base. The third stopper has a crook near the end, which elastically pushes the surroundings of the through-hole.

A clip is used to hold two or more sheet-like materials, for example, an automobile panel and a trim, together. The clip comprises a grommet having a V-shaped leg portion, a pin movable in the axial direction in a space between the V-shaped leg, and a pair of hinges coupling the pin with the V-shaped leg portion of the grommet. The V-shaped leg has a pair of leg pieces and a bottom connecting the leg pieces. The hinges are curved in the free state, and extend in planes perpendicular to the plane defined by the longitudinal axes of the leg pieces of the V-shaped leg.

Clip for holding two or more sheet-like materials together

An air damper consists of a tubular cylinder with opposite ends, a piston movable in the cylinder, a first coil spring for resiliently biasing the piston in the direction of one end of the cylinder, a string for transferring dampening effect produced by a motion of the piston to an openable object, a shaft with a flange slidably fitted into the piston and a second coil spring interposed between the flange of the shaft and the piston inside the first coil spring. The second coil spring exerts a resilient biasing force at later stages of the motion of the piston in the direction of the other end of the tubular cylinder.

Air damper

A fastener for fixing an article on a board via a through-hole formed thereon has a base that has a top face, side faces opposed to each other, and a rear end. An opening having at least two opposing edges is formed in the base. A pair of first elastic stoppers stands upright from the top face of the base and positioned along the edges of the opening. Each of the first elastic stoppers has an inclined projection extending outward. A pair of second elastic stoppers stands upright from the top face of the base next to the first elastic stoppers. Each of the second elastic stoppers has a leg and a wing extending from the leg, the wings spreading outward so as not to be parallel to each other. A cover plate is attached to the rear end of the base in a pivotable manner, so that the cover plate swings between an open position and a closed position. An insertion is attached to and extends from the inner surface of the cover plate. When the cover plate is closed, the insertion is fit into the opening of the base and pushes at least the first elastic stoppers outward.

A mounting member, which is adapted to be received in and locked with a mounting hole of a base, has a locking member which has a latch claw to be latched with the recess portion of the projection.
