An extendible roller skate has a support structure constituted by two mutually telescopic parts. The seat opens into the hole in the plate-shaped body, and a locking member is mounted in the seat and guided for movement transverse the hole against the action of spring means so as to releasably engage a notch of the notched section of the rod-shaped element.
