The present invention relates to a composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, at least one compound of the avermectin family, and at least one non-steroidal anti-inflammatory compound. The present invention further provides such composition for use in the treatment and/or the prevention of rosacea.

In addition, a product in the form of a kit including: (a) a first composition containing a compound of the avermectin family or of the mylbemycin family, and (b) a second composition different from the first one and containing a compound of the family of the alpha-1 or alpha-2 adrenergic receptor agonists, as a combination product to be used as a drug for treating and/or preventing skin diseases and particularly rosacea and ocular rosacea, wherein said first and second compositions can be applied simultaneously, separately or with a time delay is described.
