The invention relates to a package comprising a hollow body, a lid joined to the hollow body by a hinge, and a protective cover (that can be moved between a closed position in which it covers the lid and an open position in which it is separated from the hollow body and forms, with a coupling device, a lever arm coupled to the lid, with the coupling device being able to assume a retracted configuration when the cover is in the closed position, and a deployed configuration when the cover is in the open position. The invention also relates to a corresponding unpackaging process.

Packaging and corresponding unpackaging procedure

A package () for an object is provided having a bottom shell (); a top shell () having a closure portion () referred to as a 'cap', and a connection portion () in the form of a hollow body and connected to the closure portion () by a hinge () to enable the closure portion () to tilt relative to the connection portion () in order to release access to the inside of the bottom shell () through the connection portion (). The invention relates to a system and process of the sealing of an area of an object intended to be covered, such as an opening slot, by a sealing strip which becomes adhesive in an excited state when subjected to ultrasound. This procedure comprises the steps of: supplying a sealing strip between an object and a sonotrode having a linear application area; supporting or pressing the linear application area of the sonotrode with the sealing strip to thereby adhere the sealing strip area, which is in contact with the linear application area of the sonotrode, to a corresponding area of the object; and displacing the object in relation to the sonotrode according to a profile of the sealing area, so as to apply the sealing strip to the sealing area of the object.

The invention relates to a method for surface treatment of a biocompatible metal material, such as an implant, which comprises the following consecutive steps: i) abrasive mechanical treatment of the surface of said material using abrasive calcium phosphate grains, such as a mixture of hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate; ii) acid treatment by hot dipping of said material in a bath comprising sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid, followed by at least one rinse with demineralised water; iii) sodic treatment by hot dipping of said material in a soda bath followed by at least one rinse with demineralised water and drying in hot air. The implant thus treated has a surface with increased roughness with a triple level of porosity (macro-, micro- and nano-porosity) as well as improved hydrophilic properties. The method can be used for implants made of titanium alloys, such as the TA6V ELI alloy.

Method for surface treatment of a biocompatible metal material and implant treated by said method

A package for an object includes a support element with means for coupling the object to the support element. A first hollow protective element is provided as a stopper coupled to the support element of the object. The support element presents a grip portion which projects from the stopper, the support element, alone or in co-operation with the stopper, defining a first chamber containing the object. A second hollow protective element is provided as a cover. The cover is coupled to the stopper so as to cooperate with the stopper to define a second chamber inside which the grip portion of the support element extends. The cover is coupled to the stopper, with the grip portion of the stopper projecting from the cover. The means for coupling is configured to hold the object suspended through the means for coupling, so that the object extends into the space left free between the means for coupling and a bottom portion of the support element. The bottom portion is coupled to the stopper so that the length of the object remain visible.

Package for an object and an assembly including such a package

The invention provides a packaging device for packaging an object, the device comprising a tube () that is open () at one end and a stopper (). The packaging device comprises a strip () of length greater than the length of the tube (). Said strip () has a coupling system () enabling an object () to be coupled to said strip (). Together with the tube (), the strip () is configured to occupy a first position in which the strip () is held compressed inside the tube () by the stopper (), said strip () presenting a first end () in bearing contact with the end wall of the tube () opposite from the said opening (), and a second position in which, after the stopper () has been removed, the strip () presents a second end (), opposite from said first end, that projects out through the opening () of the tube (). The invention also provides a corresponding method of extraction.
