An embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a method of detection of a touch contact by a sensor including a first step of comparison of a voltage with a first voltage threshold; and a second step of comparison of the voltage with a second voltage threshold, the second step being implemented if the first voltage threshold has been reached within a duration shorter than a first duration threshold, the second voltage threshold being higher than the first voltage threshold.

Device and method for touch sensing

A millimeter-wave transmission device including a waveguide made of a material having a dielectric constant in the range from 1 to 4, the waveguide being solid at each of its ends with an electronic unit embedded in the material of the waveguide, the electronic unit including a millimeter wave transceiver circuit, an antenna capable of transmitting and receiving the millimeter waves, a modulation-demodulation circuit, and input-output conductors.

Milimeter-wave transmission device

A multichannel splitter formed from 1 to 2 splitters. An input terminal of a first 1 to 2 splitter defines an input of the multichannel splitter. The 1 to 2 splitters are electrically series-connected. First respective outputs of the 1 to 2 splitters define output terminals of the multichannel splitter.

Radio frequency splitter

A multichannel combiner formed from 2 to 1 combiners, wherein: a first input channel of each 2 to 1 combiner is connected to the output of a settable-gain amplifier of a signal to be combined; all 2 to 1 combiners are electrically connected in series; and an output of a first 2 to 1 combiner defines an output of the multichannel combiner.

A multichannel splitter formed from 1 to 2 splitters, wherein: an input terminal of a first 1 to 2 splitter defines an input of the multichannel splitter; the 1 to 2 splitters are electrically series-connected; and first respective outputs of the 1 to 2 splitters define output terminals of the multichannel splitter.

A cascode amplifier comprising at least two phase-shift stages controllable between an input transistor having a control terminal connected to an input terminal of the amplifier, and an output terminal of the amplifier.

Phase-shift amplifier

A MOS transistor capable of withstanding significant currents, having doped areas corresponding to first and second main terminals of elementary MOS transistors and having, in top view, the shape of parallel strips separated by gate regions; first conductive elements which do not extend on the doped areas corresponding to the second main terminals and dividing into first fingers extending at least partly on the doped areas corresponding to the first main terminals and connected thereto; and second conductive elements which do not extend on the doped areas corresponding to the first main terminals and divide into second fingers extending at least partly on the doped areas corresponding to the second main terminals and connected thereto, the second fingers being at least partly intercalated with the first fingers.
