The invention relates mainly to a method for producing a wound stator (), including: a step of preparing a phase winding; an insertion step which includes inserting the phase winding into a corresponding series of notches () in said stator (); and an intermediate step of forming lead out wires of the winding () each extending between two notches () of each series of the inserted phase windings, by applying a first radial force (F) from an axis (X) of the stator () toward the outside of the stator (), wherein the method also comprises a step of positioning a bearing surface facing at least one notch () such as to apply a second radial force (F) resulting from the application of the first force (F) from the outside toward the axis (X) of the stator ().

Method for producing wound stator of rotary electrical machine

A rotary electrical machine comprising a rotor and a stator (). The stator comprises a tooth () delimited by notches (), and a winding composed of n&#xd7;M wires (), wherein n corresponds to a number of phases and is equal to at least 2, and M corresponds to a number of continuous electric wires for each phase () and is equal to at least one. The winding is composed of successive turns, each of the successive turns comprising n&#xd7;M wires wound simultaneously in n of the notches () to be inserted in n series of notches. Each of the series of the notches is dedicated to a single phase, and for each of the successive turns, each of the assembly of the M wires () constitutes a phase and is inserted in the same series of the notches ().

Winding for rotary electrical machine

A method and device for winding a rotor or a stator (), of a rotary electrical machine, having a series of teeth () which are delimited by notches (). In each notch there are inserted M continuous electric wires () constituting a turn; M being equal to 1 or more, characterised in that n&#xd7;M wires () are wound simultaneously in a number n of notches (), n corresponding to the number of phases and being &#x2267;2. All of the M&#xd7;n wires () are bent together at least twice by bending the carriages () relative to one another, and all of the M&#xd7;n wires () thus bent are folded back in the following successive nnotches () of the rotary electrical machine.
