Systems and methods to determine an activity associated with an object of interest are presented. The method includes receiving a sequence of a plurality of frames that capture an area of interest during a threshold period of time, wherein an object of interest is present in the area of interest during the threshold period of time. The method also includes analyzing the plurality of frames to detect the object of interest. The method also includes tracking the object of interest in the area of interest during the threshold period of time. The method also includes extracting data indicative of the object of interest. The method also includes predicting, based on the data indicative of the object of interest, an activity associated with the object of interest.

Systems and methods to determine an activity associated with an object of interest

The disclosure presents processes to determine one or more recommendations to well construction operations, generated by analyzing impacts on well construction operations. The impacts can include impacts to the drilling assembly, impacts of the subterranean formation characteristics, impacts on cost, time and performance of the well construction operation, impacts on the service quality, impacts to system integrity, impacts to surface equipment, as well as other impact types, such as geological surveys, seismic surveys, stratigraphic analysis, or reservoir estimations. Each impact can be analyzed using an impact parameter and a softness parameter. An impact map can be computed for each of the parameters, and then the impact maps can be combined to compute one or more integrated impact maps from which the recommendations can be determined. The recommendations can be communicated to a well construction system, such as a geo-steering system, a user system, a well site controller, or other systems.

Orchestration framework to determine composite well construction recommendations

A video clip showing a wellsite activity can be extracted from a video and then labeled for use in training a machine-learning model in some examples described herein. In one such example, a system can train a model with a set of training data to identify an object and a corresponding spatial location of the object in each image frame in a video depicting a wellsite activity. The system can analyze image frames in the video using the trained model to identify a target image frame in which the object is present in a predefined spatial area thereof, where the predefined spatial area is associated with the wellsite activity. The system can then generate a video clip that includes only a subpart of the video based on the target image frame, where the subpart includes a series of consecutive image frames containing the target image frame.

Extracting video clips from videos for use in training a machine-learning model

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are described for intelligent, real-time monitoring and managing of changes in oilfield equilibrium to optimize production of desired hydrocarbons and economic viability of the field. In some examples, a method can involve generating, based on a topology of a field of wells, a respective graph for the wells, each respective graph including computing devices coupled with one or more sensors and/or actuators. The method can involve collecting, via the computing devices, respective parameters associated with one or more computing devices, sensors, actuators, and/or models, and identifying a measured state associated with the computing devices, sensors, actuators, and/or models. Further, the method can involve automatically generating, based on the respective graph and respective parameters, a decision tree for the measured state, and determining, based on the decision tree, an automated adjustment for modifying production of hydrocarbons and/or an economic parameter of the hydrocarbon production.

Intelligent, real-time response to changes in oilfield equilibrium

Certain aspects and features of the present disclosure relate to analysis of physical media copies of wellbore schematics and the generation of corresponding digital wellbore schematics. Wellbore data may be analyzed by a wellbore schematic analysis tool to produce a structured data file containing information harvesting from a physical media copy of a wellbore schematic. This information may be compared to data from other wellbores and or may be used to generate a new digital wellbore schematic.

A method of modeling an oilfield network can include identifying a well and a tying point, identifying locations of the well and tying point, identifying elevations of the well and tying point, creating a model pipeline along a path between the well and the tying point, such as a straight line path between the well and the tying point, defining a length of the path, calculating an elevation difference between the well and the tying point, determining whether an obstacle exists in the path, and defining a length of the pipeline. A method can include creating a second path that circumvents the obstacle and adjusting a length of a pipeline accordingly. A method can include implementing one or more nudging algorithms and incrementally adjusting the length of a pipeline. A method can include defining one or more limits for adjusting a length of a pipeline model.

Selection of one of the plurality of hyperlinks (the 'selected hyperlink') is detected. The adjusted plurality of input data is used to plan implementation of a system. The sequence of selection of hyperlinks is tracked in order to reinforce the prioritization and order of future suggestions. The system is implemented.
