The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a temperature sensor with a thermocouple, which includes the following consecutive steps: a) manufacturing a cable with mineral insulator () including two thermocouple wires () extending along the entire length of the cable with mineral insulator and embedded in a mineral insulator (); b) stripping one of the ends of the cable with mineral insulator over a length of 2 to 20 mm, preferably less than 15 mm, preferably less than 10 mm, such as to expose the ends of the thermocouple wires; c) connecting the ends () of the thermocouple wires thus exposed, such as to constitute a thermocouple hot spot (); and d) attaching a cap () to said cable with mineral insulator so as to protect said hot spot.

Temperature sensor

The invention relates to a device for measuring temperature in a gas duct. The device (') comprises a body (&#x2032;) for supporting a temperature sensor (&#x2032;), the sensor comprising a head (&#x2032;) and at least two wires (&#x2032;) connecting the head (&#x2032;) to means for acquiring a temperature-measurement signal. The supporting body (&#x2032;) is arranged so as to be inserted into an orifice of a wall of the duct in order to immerse the head (&#x2032;) of the sensor (&#x2032;) in the gases of the duct. The supporting body (&#x2032;) comprises a bottom collar (&#x2032;), having a top end surface (&#x2032;), in which are arranged at least two channels (&#x2032;) for guiding and holding the wires (&#x2032;), arranged to allow the mounting of the sensor (&#x2032;) in the supporting body (&#x2032;) and the holding of the wires (&#x2032;) in order to hold the head (&#x2032;) of the sensor (&#x2032;) at a distance from the top end surface (&#x2032;) of the collar (&#x2032;).
