The present invention relates to storage stable adsorbates of 3-nitrooxypropanol and derivatives thereof as well as to the production of such adsorbates.

Adsorbates

The present patent application relates to solid particles comprising at least one fatsoluble vitamin, which are more stable when compressed into tablets.

The present invention relates to a nanogel composition comprising at least one water-soluble active ingredient, one or more plant proteins, and one or more soy soluble polysaccharides. These compositions can be used for the enrichment, and/or fortification of food, beverages, animal feed and/or cosmetics and allow stabilization of the active ingredient. The present invention also refers to the process for the preparation of such nanogel compositions. The present invention furthermore refers to a process for the manufacture of a beverage by mixing the compositions with ingredients of beverages. Nanogel comprising water-soluble active ingredients

Compositions containing modified gum acacia, less than 40% oil and carotenoids, where the gum acacia has been subjected to a heat-treatment at a temperature between 100&#xb0; C. and 115&#xb0; C. for 1 to 38 hours. These compositions allow preparation of emulsions having a very high color intensity and color stability and useful for the enrichment, fortification and/or coloration of food beverages, animal feed, cosmetics or pharmaceutical compositions.

Carotenoid compositions containing modified gum acacia

The present invention relates to compositions containing plant gums and one or more fat-soluble active ingredients, wherein the composition comprises less than 40 weight-% oil, based on the total composition in dry matter. These compositions can be used for the enrichment, fortification and/or coloration of food beverages, animal feed, cosmetics or pharmaceutical compositions. The present invention also refers to the preparation of such compositions.
