Various embodiments of the teachings herein include methods and systems for providing a speech-based service for the control of room control elements in buildings. Speech instructions are received by means of an audio device. The audio device is configured to analyze the received speech instructions, to convert them into corresponding operating commands for room control elements for the control of, in particular, HVAC devices (e.g. field devices) in a building and to pass them on to the corresponding room control elements. Before the receipt of the speech instructions by the audio device, the identity of the sender (user) of the speech instructions is anonymized by means of an anonymization service.

Method and system for providing a speech-based service, in particular for the control of room control elements in buildings

Various embodiments of the teachings herein include a building object detection system for a building comprising: a scanner to generate scan data; an artificial intelligence module implemented on a processing unit trained to process the scan data to detect and automatically classify building objects installed within the space; a database to store different types of building objects and associated installation rules; and a verification unit to verify the classification of a building object based on compliance with the installation rules. The AI is trained using labeled training data comprising labels derived from scan data of previously scanned building objects provided with associated object identifiers. A second set of installation rules is loaded from the database based at least in part on a location of the building.

Method and system for detecting building objects installed within a building

This disclosure describes an infrastructure management system and method for identifying risk potentials within the infrastructure or for the infrastructure. A dedicated sensor system for identifying risk potentials is provided within the infrastructure or for the infrastructure. A gateway (for example an interface) is configured to receive sensor values that originate from sensors of mobile devices that are temporarily located within the infrastructure or within a defined range (radius) from the infrastructure. A processing unit (for example a server) is configured to receive the sensor values that are reported by the dedicated sensor system and to receive the sensor values of the mobile devices that are provided by the gateway and further to analyze the received sensor values in order to identify risk potentials for the infrastructure or within the infrastructure.

Warning message routing for infrastructures

Various embodiments may include a method and/or arrangement for assigning the spatial position to a device, in particular in the context of the commissioning of the device (e.g. field device, actuator, sensor), wherein a positioning system is used to determine the spatial position of a mobile communication terminal located in the spatial vicinity of the device. The mobile communication terminal (e.g. smartphone) is configured to transmit the spatial position to the device and such that the transmission of the spatial position from the mobile communication terminal to the device only takes place when the device has been identified as an authorized receiver prior to transmission.

Arrangement for tracking the spatial position of devices

The present disclosure relates to messaging. The teachings thereof may be embodied in methods or an arrangement for the output of warning messages to a mobile communication device of a user. For example, a method for transmitting warning messages through a mobile communication device of a user may include: emitting an identification code with a transmitting device situated in the spatial environment of the potential danger; receiving the identification code with a receiving device of the mobile communication device; and transmitting a warning message associated with the identification code to an output device.

A suitable sensor system is used to determine the current position data relating to the object. The respective current position data is used to simulate a flow of objects. Short messages are sent by mobile terminals of a mobile radiotelephone system to a TV transmitter unit identified by a corresponding telephone number.
