The invention relates to an electromagnetic hinged armature valve device with armature means () which are configured for interaction with a stationary valve seat (), are articulated such that they can be pivoted and/or folded in a housing of the valve device relative to stationary core means () and coil means () which surround them at least in sections, and which armature means () are configured to close or open the valve seat as a reaction to an energization of the coil means, wherein a coil carrier assembly () which supports a winding of the coil means and encloses the core means and a valve seat assembly () which configures the valve seat are configured in such a way that both can be adjusted with respect to one another for assembly of the valve seat device and can then preferably be connected non-releasably to one another, and, in a connected state or assembled state, limit and/or define a pivoting or folding stroke of the armature means which configure at least one flat side, which pivoting or folding stroke can be influenced and/or is influenced by the adjustment.

Electromagnetic hinged armature valve device

The invention relates to an electromagnetically operable valve device, comprising a valve housing () which has a first fluid connection (P) and a second fluid connection (E), each designed for controlled opening and closing by moving a closure unit (), and at least one further fluid connection (A) provided on the valve housing, which forms a fluid channel () to the first or second fluid connection that can be intermittently interrupted by the closure unit. The closure unit is provided on or in an armature unit (), which is movably guided in the valve housing along a longitudinal axis of movement (), and which can be driven in response to the energization of a coil unit () provided in a stationary manner in the valve housing, and which is movable between mutually opposite first and second closure positions, is designed for magnetically interacting with a stationary core unit () that is at least partially surrounded by the coil unit, and is biased into one of the closure positions by means of force storage means, in particular a spring (), which acts on the armature unit, wherein the first of the closure positions is realized by a valve seat () connected to the first fluid connection. The invention is characterized in that the core unit is provided with an elongated tube and/or sleeve section () which axially and preferably integrally extends a core body () and is, with respect thereto, reduced in diameter, forming on the end face the second fluid position assigned to the second fluid connection. Said tube and/or sleeve section is axially overlapped by a section of the armature unit and/or engages in a recess formed in the armature unit, and in one section is provided with a groove, material recess, material puncture (), material abrasion, and/or a local change in material or substances in such a way that in this section, an increase in magnetic resistance for a magnetic flux to the armature unit generated by the energized coil unit is produced. The force storage means, in particular surrounding the tube or sleeve section on the jacket side, are connected at one end to the armature unit, and at the other end to the core unit, or interact in such a way that the force storage means are located outside the fluid channel from the second fluid connection to the further fluid connection.

Electromagnetically operable valve device

An electromagnetic valve has an armature () movable along an axial direction in a valve housing () as a reaction to current flowing through a stationary coil () and which at one axial end has a sealing member () designed to interact with a valve seat () assigned to a first valve inlet (P), wherein at least one second valve inlet and/or outlet (A, R) in the valve housing can be opened to the first valve inlet (P) by action of the armature, and wherein the sealing member is provided as sealing bodies () on a portion () of the armature of narrowed diameter, such that the sealing body having a larger diameter compared to the narrowed portion can be moved by movement of the armature between sealing positions formed at both axial ends of the sealing body, wherein the sealing body () is a component separate from the narrowed portion and/or releasable therefrom and has a sealing portion () made of a polymer and/or rubber material, and also a support portion () made of a material different than and harder than the sealing portion, and is designed for force-fit connection to the armature.

Bistable electromagnetic actuator device

An electromagnetic actuating apparatus having an armature unit, which can be moved through a movement distance in an axial direction relative to a stationary core unit and in reaction to an operating current being passed through a coil unit, which armature unit magnetically interacts axially at one end with the core unit over a control range which at least partially overlaps axially along the movement distance, which, as a section of the armature unit, has a first profile section and, as a section of the core unit, has a second profile section, with an air gap formed between them and forms an extent at right angles to the axial direction.

Electromagnetic actuation device

An electromagnetic actuator device has a core unit with a coil device designed to cooperate with armature units displaceably guided relative to the core unit in response to current applied to the coil device, wherein the core unit is designed to cooperate with a plurality of spatially separated plunger units of the armatures so that an electromagnetic interaction takes place with the plurality of plunger units in response to current applied to a coil of the coil device.
