A detent fitting for latching two vehicle parts is provided. The detent fitting comprising a first fitting part, a second fitting part rotatably arranged about an axis of rotation relative to the first fitting part, at least one locking bolt shiftably arranged on the first fitting part, which is formed and provided to be brought in engagement with a toothing of the second fitting part for latching the first fitting part and the second fitting part and to be brought out of engagement with the toothing of the second fitting part for releasing the latching, at least one guide element arranged on the first fitting part for guiding the at least one locking bolt, and at least one bearing element arranged on the first fitting part and different from the at least one guide element, which for supporting the first fitting part on the second fitting part slidingly cooperates with the second fitting part.

The invention relates to a motor vehicle seat comprising a seat sub-frame adjustable along a rail longitudinal guide to which a backrest is hinged in a pivoting manner and can be folded forward toward a seating surface of the seat sub-frame, a locking device for arresting the rail longitudinal guide in an adjustable seating longitudinal position, an entry aid by means of which the locking device is released, when the backrest is folded forward to the seating surface and a memory arrangement for adjusting and restoring a memory position having a position memory that has an adjustment means for adjusting the memory position in the rail longitudinal direction of the rail longitudinal guide and a locking element that is connected to the adjustment means in a pivoting manner that under the effect of a control element can be pivoted in a locking rail for locking the adjusted memory position and pivoted out of the locking rail for adjusting a memory position and is connected to the adjustment means via a slotted guide such that a virtual point of rotation of the locking element lies underneath the rail profile of the locking rail.

A latch fitting for locking two components includes a first fitting part and a second fitting part. At least one locking bolt is movably arranged on the first fitting part and is guided on at least one longitudinally extended guide element along an adjustment track. The guide element includes an end that faces toothing of the second fitting part. A drive element is coupled to the at least one locking bolt for moving the at least one locking bolt along the adjustment track to lock the latch fitting with the toothing of the second fitting part. The at least one guide element includes a stop for limiting the adjustment track of the at least one locking bolt when moving the at least one locking bolt against the locking direction.

Latch fitting for locking two vehicle components

A fixture arrangement for a seat, in particular for a vehicle seat, is provided. The fixture arrangement includes a first and a second fixture each of which comprises a first and a second driving element, each of which has a cavity with an internal contour, and a shaft connecting the two fixtures and an adjusting element for operating the fixtures. The shaft has a first end with an external contour to be positively inserted into the first driving element and a second, in particular cylindrical end. In an intermediate mounted position the second driving element, the second end of the shaft and the adjusting element can be positioned in any rotational position. In a final mounted position the two driving elements, the shaft and the adjusting element, are connected with each other in a rotationally fixed manner by, for example, a bush.

Fixture arrangement for a seat, in particular a vehicle seat, and method for mounting such a fixture arrangement

An actuating element for a lordosis supporting device driven by a traction rope and a lordosis supporting element in a vehicle seat are provided. The actuating device includes a deflecting element that is mounted on a frame such that it is pivotable about an actuating shaft and includes a rope guiding element that is arranged with the fastening point and the deflecting element in such a way that a rope portion leading toward the deflecting element and a rope portion leading away from the deflecting element are guided approximately parallel in a starting position. In preferred embodiments, a fixed end of the traction rope is fastened to the frame at a fastening point and a free end of the traction rope is guided at least partially around the deflecting element for actuating the device.

A detent fitting for locking two vehicle parts comprises a first vehicle part, a second vehicle part which is arranged pivotably about a rotational axis with respect to the first fitting part and three locking pawls which are arranged displaceably on the first fitting part, the locking pawls being designed and provided to be brought into engagement with a toothing of the second fitting part for locking the first fitting part with respect to the second fitting part and to be brought out of engagement with the toothing of the second fitting part for releasing the locking. Each locking pawl is associated with a free-pivoting section on the second fitting part, the locking pawl interacting with the free-pivoting section when turning the second fitting part relative to the first fitting part and the free-pivoting section being designed and provided to prevent an engagement of the locking pawl with the toothing of the second fitting part in a predefined angular range. According to the invention it is provided that at least one of the free-pivoting sections () is displaced in the axial and/or radial direction with regard to the rotational axis (A) with respect to the other free-pivoting sections (). In this way a detent fitting comprising three locking pawls is provided which comprises a larger pivoting range.

A fitting for a vehicle seat is provided having a first fitting part, a second fitting part which is rotatable about an axis of rotation relative to the first fitting part, a locking bolt which is guided displaceably in a radical direction of displacement on the first fitting part and is intended for forming a locking mechanism with the second fitting part, and a driving element which is arranged movably between the fitting parts and is intended for the radical deployment and retrieving of the locking bolt. In order to seal the respective axial gap between the driving element and the fitting parts, a separate sealing component which provides a seal in relation to the axis of rotation is used. In the case of a fitting of this type, paint is prevented from penetrating via a central opening during a dip-coating process.

Fitting

A fitting is provided that has a first fitting part and a second fitting part that can be rotated about a rotation axis relative to the first fitting part, wherein both fitting parts are held rotatably to one another in the axial direction by means of a retaining ring. For this purpose, a retaining ring overlaps the second fitting part in the axial direction, and is firmly connected to the second fitting part at that location, and pretensions the first fitting part against the second fitting part by means of a stop that is tilted inward against the radial direction. Such a fitting can be produced in a particularly cost-effective manner.

A fitting is specified, in particular for a vehicle seat, which has a first fitting part and a second fitting part that is rotatable around a rotary axis relative to the first fitting part, and which has at least one safety bolt that is movably guided in the radial direction on the first fitting part for the purpose of forming an interlock with the second fitting part. According to a first variant, at least one rotatable actuating cam is provided for radially supporting the safety bolt, which has outer, middle and inner support surfaces running in the circumferential direction, the support surfaces each having a radial offset relative to each other, and the step between the middle and the outer support surfaces forming a stop against the safety bolt. According to a further variant, fitting has an engagement means for retracting the safety bolt, which is designed as a link guiding the safety bolt, which includes a radial limiting surface that acts as a stop in interaction with the safety bolt. A fitting of this type is effectively protected against over-rotation.

A required gear ratio can be adjusted as a function of the activation of the shift elements (to) and the electrical machine ().
