A device for extracorporeal blood treatment, in particular a dialysis machine, including a peristaltic pump for conveying fluid from a low-pressure side to a high-pressure side, the peristaltic pump comprising a rotor which is rotatable around a rotor axis and a support area which is formed around the rotor axis in an arcuate manner, with an elastically deformable fluid line being able to be positioned between the rotor and the support area and being deformed between the rotor and the support area with rotation of the rotor while forming a cross-sectional constriction, so that upon rotation of the rotor with respect to the support area a fluid in the fluid line is conveyed from the low-pressure side to the high-pressure side. The device includes a machine housing part realized as a formed sheet metal part, wherein the support area is formed in the machine housing part by plastic deformation.

Blood pump integrated in a housing front

Tube roller pumps for blood treatment devices are disclosed. The pumps include a curved surface with a rotor rotatable therein. The rotor attaches via a shaft reception to a drive shaft of the pump. The rotor has a first locking element for axially locking the rotor on the shaft and a second locking element for rotationally coupling the shaft and the rotor. The shaft reception and the drive shaft guide the rotor to a position on the shaft, when pushed onto the shaft, and, at this position, the first element may be moved by the shaft from locked to released. The rotor, when pushed further onto the shaft, is moved to another position at which the first element is automatically moved back to locked and the second element may be brought into manual engagement with the shaft to transmit torque from the shaft to the rotor.

A lid apparatus for a medical device for extracorporeal blood treatment that includes a lid which is hinged by means of at least one pivot joint at the medical device is disclosed. The pivot joint includes thereby a first joint section which may be positioned at the lid, and a second joint section which may be connectable to the medical device, wherein the joint sections are pivotable about a pivot axis at least between a first position, in which the lid is open, and a second position, in which the lid covers at least a part of the medical device, wherein also the joint sections are latchable in at least one pivoting position. The lid apparatus includes at least one pair of contact surfaces which are perpendicular to the axis of rotation and resiliently biased against each other, wherein at least one of the contact surfaces includes a rolling and latching geometry which is configured such that the lid latches in the second position and the pivoting moveability of the pivot joint is only released when the resilient biasing force is overcome. A medical device for extracorporeal blood treatment including a peristaltic pump and such a lid apparatus is also disclosed.

Medical devices for extracorporeal blood treatment including tube roller pumps. Tube roller pumps including a pump housing having a bent bearing surface and a rotor being rotatable inside the bearing surface, wherein a tubing segment can be introduced between the bearing surface and the rotor in the form of a loop. A stationary first receiving portion for accommodating one end of the loop-shaped tubing segment and a rocker arm including a second receiving portion for accommodating the other end of the loop-shaped tubing segment is located at the pump housing, wherein the rocker arm is rotatable about a pivoting axis so that the second receiving portion with the tubing segment can be brought into at least two different positions and that a first position represents a threading position and a second position represents an unthreading position for the tubing segment.

Tube roller pump including a pivotable tube support and medical device for extracorporeal blood treatment

Multi-connectors are disclosed for arranging a tubing segment and feeding/discharging lines of an extracorporeal blood circulation on a tube roller pump, the multi-connectors including a base and connectors for connecting the tubing segment to the feeding/discharging lines. A first connector includes a convex contour. The multi-connectors may be arranged on a medical device pump housing having a bearing surface and a rotor within the bearing surface, wherein a tube can be introduced between the bearing surface and the rotor and blood can be fed/discharged via feeding/discharging lines. A concave receiving portion is provided for the first connector, forming a pivot bearing to pivot the multi-connector. Pump housing means for locking adapted to interact with multi-connector means for locking are provided so the multi-connector can be detachably fastened.

Multi-connector and medical device for extracorporeal blood treatment

Tube roller pumps for a medical device for extracorporeal blood treatment are disclosed. The pumps include a pump housing having a bearing surface and a rotor inside the bearing surface, wherein a tube is introduced between the bearing surface and the rotor in loop shape. Means for mounting the tubing segment are provided so the tubing segment can be pivot by pivoting a tilting element on which the tubing segment is at least partly mounted. A cover is mounted on the pump housing so that when closed upon pivoting the tubing segment toward the closed cover it constitutes a counter-bearing for the tilting element by which the tubing segment can be aligned with the pump housing. Means for automated unthreading of the tubing segment from the bearing are also included. Medical devices for extracorporeal blood treatment including the tube roller pump are also disclosed.
