An adjustment element for a divert-air valve. The adjustment element includes an actuation element which moves translatorily, and a control body which moves with the actuation element. The control body includes a first hollow body and a second hollow body. The first hollow body includes an outer surface which is circumferentially closed so as to define an interior, a first axial end, and an annular plate which extends radially inward from the first axial end. The second hollow body includes a radially outer annular plate which is sealingly fastened in an encircling manner axially to the annular plate of the first hollow body, and a radially inner region in which an outer surface extends in a direction of the actuation element in the interior of the first hollow body.

An electromagnetic valve for an internal combustion engine includes a housing, an electromagnetic actuator arranged in the housing, the electromagnetic actuator having an electromagnetic armature and a core, a control element which is arranged to protrude axially out of the housing and which is connected to the electromagnetic armature so as to form a movable unit together therewith, the movable unit having a radial recess, and an arrangement which delimits an axial movement of the movable unit away from the core of the electromagnetic actuator. The arrangement includes at least one hook arranged on the housing. The at least one hook engages into the radial recess of the movable unit.

Electromagnetic valve for an internal combustion engine

A divert-air valve for a compressor of an internal combustion engine includes a flow housing with a duct, an actuator, a control body moved by the actuator to control a throughflow cross section of the duct, an armature, openings in the control body, a valve housing with a housing wall, a support ring with a ring-shaped plate and a cylinder wall, and a sealing ring which seals the housing interior with respect to a part of the duct. The armature is connected to the control body. The openings fluidically connect the housing interior to a part of the duct. The valve housing surrounds the actuator and a part of the control body. The support ring bears, via the cylinder wall, radially from the outside against the housing wall. The radial sealing ring lies axially against the ring-shaped plate and bears radially at the outside against the housing wall.

Overrun air recirculation valve for a compressor of an internal combustion engine

A divert-air valve for a compressor of an internal combustion engine includes a flow housing with an inlet, an outlet, and a duct arranged therein, an actuator housing, an electromagnetic actuator with an armature arranged in the actuator housing, a control body which is moved by the electromagnetic actuator so as to close off the duct, a housing interior in which the armature moves, openings arranged in the control body, a connector housing arranged to bear axially against the electromagnetic actuator and to at least partially delimit the housing interior, a first sealing ring arranged on the connector housing, and a second sealing ring which bears against the flow housing on an axially opposite side of the connector housing. The openings fluidically connect the housing interior to the duct. The first sealing ring bears against the electromagnetic actuator.

A process and a laminating device for producing a microfluidic device are proposed, wherein a film is pressed onto a carrier under the effect of heat and thereby attached to it. During the attachment the film is lifted by the blowing in of gas on the carrier side to prevent it adhering in a non-attachment region and is vented on the remote side. The device is compressed between a holder and a thermode of the laminating device during the lamination. An elastic intermediate layer is arranged in each case between the device and the holder and between the device and the thermode, for evening out the contact pressure and obtaining uniform attachment of the film to the carrier.

Process for producing a microfluidic apparatus and related laminating devices

The invention relates to a microfluidic structure (), comprising at least one cavity () having at least one inlet opening () and at least one outlet opening (), wherein the cavity () can be filled with a liquid or a liquid can flow through the cavity and at least one element () is provided inside the cavity (), which element stops the flow of the liquid at least temporarily and/or diverts the flow of the liquid at least in some regions within the cavity (). According to the invention, the at least one element () is formed by a recess () introduced into a wall of the cavity (), which recess () has at least one first region () at which the liquid stops at least temporarily and/or is diverted at least in some regions and at least one second region () at which the liquid preferably flows into the recess (). Such a microfluidic structure makes it possible to fill the cavity () without air inclusions. Thereby, the useful volume of the cavity () is not limited, and the production costs of a microfluidic component () having such a microfluidic structure () can be kept low.
