A magnetic-inductive flow meter includes: a measuring tube for guiding a flowable medium in a longitudinal direction; a measuring electrode arrangement for detecting a measurement voltage dependent on the flow velocity, induced in the medium, two measuring electrode groups opposite one another on the measuring tube; and a magnetic field generating device for generating a magnetic field which passes through the measuring tube and including at least two coil core groups, each having at least two coil cores, wherein a first and a second part of the measuring tube each include at least one coil core group, wherein two radii, which intersect the coil cores of a coil core group that lie externally in a cross-sectional plane of the measuring tube, enclose a centre angle β by which 80°≤β≤105°.

Magnetic-inductive flow meter

A magnetically inductive flowmeter includes a measuring tube having a tube axis and a tube wall; a magnet system for producing a magnetic field that extends perpendicularly to the tube axis; at least one pair of measuring electrodes for sensing an electrical voltage induced in the medium by the magnetic field; and an electronic measuring/operating circuit for operating the magnet system and the measuring electrodes. The magnet system includes a coil system having a coil having a coil core and further includes two pole shoes. The coil system includes a field guide-back, wherein a tangential fraction of the magnetic field in the coil relative to the measuring tube axis amounts to at least 90% of the total magnetic field. The field guide-back has a guide-back part that extends through the coil and forms the coil core of the coil.

A pole shoe, especially for use with a system for magneto inductive flow measurement. The pole shoe is provided with at least one cable guiding system for guiding a cable through the pole shoe. A mounting clip for guiding cable in a pole shoe wherein the mounting clip includes at least one guiding opening for guiding at least one cable and at least one securement region for securing the mounting clip to the pole shoe. A magneto inductive flow measuring system, comprising at least two pole shoes and at least one coil core, wherein at least one of the pole shoes is provided with at least one cable guiding system for guiding a cable through the pole shoe.

A magneto inductive flow measuring device comprising a measuring tube and coil systems arranged thereon, wherein each coil system includes a coil and a coil core so led through the coil that the coil core protrudes from the coil, wherein two coil systems are so arranged on the measuring tube on a line parallel to a longitudinal axis of the measuring tube that a pole shoe is arranged between the measuring tube and the coil cores protruding from the coil systems.

A coil system for a magneto inductive, flow measuring device, which comprises: a coil and core sheets led through the coil. The core sheets have equal shape and size, wherein each core sheet has a first and a second leg, which are connected together to form an L shape. At least a first core sheet and a second core sheet are so led through the coil that the first leg of the first core sheet and the first leg of the second core sheet extend parallel to one another and that the second leg of the first core sheet and the second leg of the second core sheet extend parallel to one another, wherein the second leg of the first core sheet and the second leg of the second core sheet are arranged at different ends of the coil.

An apparatus for measuring volume- or mass-flow of a medium in a pipeline. The apparatus includes: a measuring tube, through which medium flows in the direction of the measuring tube axis, wherein the measuring tube has, in stream direction of the medium, a first end region and a second end region; a magnet system, which a produces a magnetic field passing through the measuring tube essentially transversely to the measuring tube axis; at least one measuring electrode coupled with the medium and arranged in a region of the measuring tube lying essentially perpendicular to the magnetic field; and a control/evaluation unit, which delivers information concerning volume- or mass-flow of the medium in the measuring tube on the basis of a measurement voltage induced in the at least one measuring electrode. In order to keep costs for the magneto-inductive flow measuring device low, the measuring tube is embodied as one-piece and the first end region and the second end region of the measuring tube are flared.

A measurement pickup is provided offering a high measure of safety and having a measurement pickup housing, a sensor element arranged in the measurement pickup, at least one connection element closing the measurement pickup housing, and an excess-pressure protection device, especially a burst disk or a pressure relief valve, integrated in the connection element, which serves to effect a pressure equalization with an environment of the measurement pickup in the case of a pressure overload in the measurement pickup.
