A fluid filter for a fluid device with one or more of a pump element and a solenoid valve in a motor vehicle, in particular for an ESP system. The fluid filter is formed by direct injection molding and has at least one filter connecting piece. The filter connecting piece has an outer section, a middle section, and an inner section. The outer section is in the form of a projection that is directed outwards with respect to the fluid filter. The inner section is in the form of a projection that is directed inwards with respect to the fluid filter.

A hydraulic assembly, particularly for supplying a brake circuit of a vehicle brake system with fluid at brake pressure, includes a throttle element, which in the unpressurized state rests with an upper side on a first support and with an underside on a second support, the supports being formed on opposite sides of the gap. The throttle device advantageously dispenses with a spring element for axial pre-tensioning, is accordingly of compact and cost-effective construction and is moreover easy to assemble.

A hydraulic unit, in particular a hydraulic unit for a slip-controllable vehicle brake system, includes a housing block, a pump, and a damping device. The pump has an intake side and a delivery side. The housing block has a pump receptacle that holds the pump, a first fluid duct that intersects the pump receptacle in a region of the delivery side of the pump, and a second fluid duct opening into the pump receptacle in the region of the delivery side of the pump, and a first separation point that seals off the first fluid duct from the second fluid duct. The damping device damps pulsations and reduces operating noise of the hydraulic unit without (i) having a detrimental effect on functional characteristics of the unit, in particular on pressure build-up dynamics of the vehicle brake system, or without (ii) jeopardizing a compact construction of the hydraulic unit.

A piston pump, in particular as a pressure generator in an electronically slip-controllable vehicle brake system, includes a pump cylinder, a drivable piston, a pump working chamber, a valve space, and a valve. The drivable piston is slidably accommodated in the pump cylinder. The pump working chamber is bounded by the piston and the pump cylinder. The valve controls a supply of pressure medium to the pump working chamber. The valve has a conical valve seat and a closing element having a domed shell section that interacts with the valve seat. The valve seat surrounds the valve space, into which the closing element plunges, at least up to an imaginary center point of the domed shell section, when the valve seat is closed or open.

A valve of a piston pump for a vehicle brake system having a closing body which is resiliently preloaded against a sealing seat. The closing body is formed in two parts with a damping piston and a closing element inserted therein. The damping piston is axially displaceably guided in a cylindrical piston guide. At least one flow channel is provided between the damping piston and the piston guide. The at least one flow channel is configured such that fluid can flow around the damping piston in the longitudinal direction thereof through the at least one flow channel.

The piston head includes a circumferentially closed blind-hole-shaped recess having an opening. A cross section of the recess in a region of the opening has at least one smaller dimension than a cross section in a region of a base of the recess opposite the opening. The recess forms a mechanism configured to separate particles out from the pressure medium.
