The present invention relates to a crane, in particular to a revolving tower crane, having a load suspension means attached to a hoist rope, drive devices for moving a plurality of crane elements and for traveling the load suspension means, a control apparatus for controlling the drive devices such that the load suspension means travels along a travel path, and an oscillation damping device for damping oscillation movements of the load suspension means, wherein said oscillation damping device has a control module for influencing the control of the drive devices in dependence on oscillation-relevant criteria. It is proposed not only to take account of the actual oscillation movement of the rope per se in the oscillation damping measures, but also the dynamics of the steel construction of the crane and its drivetrains.

Crane, and method for controlling such a crane

A tower crane with a load lifting means mounted on a hoisting cable, driving devices for moving several crane elements and traversing the load lifting means, and a control device for controlling the driving devices such that the load lifting means moves along a traversing path between at least two target points. The control device has a traversing path determining module for determining a desired traversing path between the at least two target points and an automatic traversing control module for automatically traversing the load lifting means along the determined traversing path.

The present invention generally relates to the control of material transfer machines and/or construction machines having camera assistance. The invention here in particular relates to a method and to an apparatus for controlling a material transfer machine and/or a construction machine, in particular in the form of a crane, of an excavator, or of a crawler-type vehicle, wherein an image of the piece of working equipment is provided to a machine operator and/or to a machine control by an imaging sensor. The invention furthermore also relates to the material transfer machine and/or construction machine itself, in particular to a crane, having a display apparatus for displaying an image of the piece of working equipment and/or of the environment of the piece of working equipment. It is proposed to use a remote-controlled aerial drone which is equipped with at least one imaging sensor and by means of which the desired image of the piece of working equipment and/or of the equipment environment can be provided from different directions of view.

Method and apparatus for controlling a crane, an excavator, a crawler-type vehicle or a similar construction machine

The present invention relates to adjustment and/or drive units which can be used in wind power plants for adjusting the azimuth angle of the nacelle of the wind power plant or the pitch angle of the rotor blades, wherein such an adjustment and/or drive unit has at least two adjusting drives for rotating two assemblies which are mounted so as to be rotatable relative to each other, and has a control device for controlling the adjusting drives. The control device controls the adjusting drives in such a manner that the adjusting drives are braced relative to each other during the rotation of the two assemblies and/or when the assemblies are at standstill. The invention further relates to a wind power plant comprising such an adjustment and/or drive unit, and to a method for controlling such an adjustment and/or drive unit. According to the invention, the control device comprises a bracing-adjustment device for variably adjusting the intensity of the bracing of the adjusting drives as a function of a variable external load on the assemblies being adjusted, wherein the intensity can be determined by means of a load determining device. According to another aspect of the invention, an overload protection is included, wherein the individual loads of the individual adjusting drives are determined by load determining devices and, in the event that an adjusting drive reaches overload, the distribution of the drive torques is modified in such a manner that the adjusting drive reaching overload is relieved or at least not further loaded, and at least one further adjusting drive is more heavily loaded in a supporting manner or is less heavily loaded in a bracing manner.

Adjustment and/or drive unit, wind power plant having such an adjustment and/or drive unit, and method for controlling such an adjustment and/or drive unit

Adjustment and/or drive units that can be used in wind turbines to set the azimuth angle of the wind turbine nacelle or the pitch angle of the rotor blades, wherein such an adjustment and/or drive unit has at least two actuating drives for rotating two assemblies, which are mounted for rotation relative to each other, and has a control device for controlling the actuating drives, which control device controls the actuating drives in such a way that the actuating drives are braced in relation to each other during the rotation of the two assemblies and/or at a standstill of the assemblies. The invention further relates to a wind turbine having such an adjustment and/or drive unit and to a method for controlling such an adjustment and/or drive unit.

The present invention relates to a tower crane with a load lifting means mounted on a hoisting cable, driving devices for moving several crane elements and traversing the load lifting means, and a control device for controlling the driving devices such that the load lifting means moves along a traversing path between at least two target points. The control device has a traversing path determining module for determining a desired traversing path between the at least two target points and an automatic traversing control module for automatically traversing the load lifting means along the determined traversing path.

A construction machine, in particular in the form of a crane, cable excavator or similar, comprising an electronic control device for controlling and/or detecting operating parameters, in addition to at least one drive device for moving a functional element, especially a load take-up means. The functional element of the construction machine is guided in the desired direction by the exertion of manipulation forces on the functional element, or on a component fastened thereto, or the functional element is moved manually in a designated direction, this motion then being assisted by the drives of the construction machine. If the functional element is manually pressed or pulled in a designated direction and/or rotated, or if this is at least attempted, these motion attempts are detected and converted into a corresponding positioning motion of the construction machine.

The present invention relates to a remote control device for a crane, for a construction machine and/or for a pallet truck comprising a control station that has at least one input means for inputting control commands and that has a signal transmission device for transmitting the input control commands to the control apparatus of the crane, of the construction machine, or of the pallet truck; and a display apparatus for displaying a representation of the machine surroundings and/or of a piece of working equipment such as a boom or a lifting hook, wherein a movement determination unit is provided for determining movements and/or deformations of the machine components in dependence on the input control commands. It is proposed to present crane reactions or machine reactions to control commands input at the control station, for example in the form of crane movements and/or of crane deformations not only in the form of a representation on the display apparatus, but to convert them into an actual movement of the control station of the remote control accompanying the crane reaction or machine reaction to allow the remote control user to have the dynamic machine reactions communicated to him more realistically and to experience them more realistically.

A crane system includes crane with a load hook that can be raised or lowered via movable crane elements, and moved within a crane working area by operating drive units associated with the crane elements. The crane system further includes a control unit and a mobile transponder that can be variably positioned in the crane working area, and one or more transmitting/receiving units communicatively coupled to the control unit and configured to receive signals transmitted by the mobile transponder. The control unit is configured to automatically determining the current position of the mobile transponder relative to the load hook and/or a crane element based on the signals received from the mobile transponder, and automatically control the drive units in such that the load hook is automatically moved to the mobile transponder.

A method for assembling electric switching systems includes wiring and/or connecting electric components together at specific connection points may be used in conjunction with an assembly support device for simplifying and/or checking the assembly of such electric switching systems. A respective component which is provided for connecting in the switching system is identified by an identifying device. At least one target connection point where the identified component is to be connected is determined by a connection point determining device on the basis of the component identified by the identifying device, and the actual connection point where the component has actually been connected is monitored by a monitoring device. If the detected actual connection point deviates from the target connection point, an error message is output.

A drive system may have at least one electric motor which can be fed via power electronics which can be connected via a DC circuit to a voltage source and an energy storage apparatus for buffering energy fed back from the electric motor. An energy storage apparatus for such a drive system may include at least one electrical storage block, a bidirectional DC/DC converter for connecting the named DC voltage circuit to the internal voltage circuit of the storage block and a control unit for controlling the DC/DC converter. The control unit may include output and feed control means for controlling the DC/DC converter. The DC/DC converter, the storage block and the control unit may be combined into an energy storage unit having a common housing in which the named components are received and at whose outer side two connections are provided for connecting to the DC voltage circuit.

Electrical drive system and energy storage apparatus therefor

The present disclosure concerns a crane, in particular a tower crane, telescopic boom crane, harbor crane and the like, with a load hook that can be raised or lowered via movable crane elements, and moved within a crane working area by operating drive units associated with the crane elements. The crane is provided with a control unit with input means to control the drive units. According to the present disclosure, the crane uses a mobile portable target signal transmitter that can be variably positioned in the crane working area, and positioning means for automatically determining the current position of the target signal transmitter relative to the load hook and/or a crane element, and target control means for automatically controlling the drive units in response to a signal from the positioning means, such that the load hook is automatically moved to the mobile target signal transmitter.

The present invention relates to a crane, having a jib rotatable about an upright axis, at which jib a trolley is movably arranged, from which trolley a hoist rope connected to a load hook runs off, as well as a load hook position determining device for determining the position of the load hook. The load hook position may be determined optically by means of one camera only, which camera is mounted on the trolley of the crane and views from the trolley in a predetermined and thus known viewing direction downwards onto the load hook. In doing so, the position of the load hook in the camera image is determined by an image evaluator. To simplify detection of the load hook in the camera image, the image evaluator may include rope run determining means for determining the rope run of the hoist rope running off from the trolley.
