An electrical plug connector, in particular built-in plug connector, includes a housing with a connecting flange having through holes for feeding through fasteners; a flange plate with mounting bores for connecting to a device wall; a control panel, or similar; and a seal inserted therebetween. The outer edge of the flange plate is bent towards the housing and overlaps the outer edge of the connecting flange. The seal protrudes with a circumferential sealing lip into the insertion opening and has an edge bent towards the housing, which edge overlaps circumferential edge of the connecting flange and which, itself, is overlapped by the outer edge of the flange plate. In the assembled state, the circumferential edge of the flange plate extends at maximum to the height of the rear side of the connecting flange and the edge of the seal is higher than the rear surface of the connecting flange.

Electrical plug connector

An electrical plug connector has a housing, in which at least one insertion opening and at least one guide for a complementary plug connector with at least one electrical contact pin are arranged. At least one contact element that is elastically deflectable out of the path of the contact pin is mounted in the housing and at least partially protrudes into the insertion opening when the complementary plug connector is absent. The lateral edge of the contact element facing the contact pin, in its front section, encloses an acute angle with the path of the contact pin during the insertion when viewed in the direction of the deflection of the contact element. When the cable plug connector is fully inserted, a flat contact section of the contact element, adjoining the lateral edge, in the transverse direction abuts in contact with the contact pin.

Electrical plug connector with guide features and central and outer insertion openings

The disclosure relates to an electrical plug connector, with a housing with at least one insertion opening for a complementary plug connector and a contact carrier, arranged in the housing, for the electrical contacts accessible through the insertion opening(s). Two concentrically arranged housing parts are connected to one another via a base on the end opposite the at least one insertion opening. Between the housing parts, an annular intermediate space is formed as an annular receiving opening for the plug extension of a complementary plug connector. A receiving space for the contact carrier is provided inside the internal housing part.

Electric plug connector

An electrical plug connector, in particular a built-in plug connector, for mounting on the rear side of a device wall, control panel, or the like includes a housing with least one insertion opening for a complementary plug connector, preferably a cable plug, wherein a projecting connecting flange protrudes on the insertion-side end of the housing, which connecting flange has through holes for feeding through fasteners. A seal with a central cutout in the region of the insertion opening has passages for feeding through the fasteners. The insertion-side surface of the connecting flange as well as all insertion-side structures inside the boundary of the connecting flange are covered by the seal.

An electrical built-in plug connector having a housing with at least one mounting structure projecting transversely to the longitudinal axis of the housing, with more than five electrical contacts fixed in the housing, wherein the contacts are guided outwards at one end of the housing parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing, wherein the end sections of the sections of the contacts located outside of the housing are angled relative to their sections located inside the housing, and their connection sections provided for connecting to a circuit board end in a common plane, which plane is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing, wherein the connection regions are arranged in groups, and the individual groups are situated on at least three parallel straight lines, which are part of the common plane, wherein the ends of the sections of the contacts guided in parallel out of the housing have the same distance in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the housing as the parallel straight lines.

8+2 way XLR PCB female connector

An electrical plug connector having a housing and a contact carrier held inside the housing. It comprises an electrically insulating base part and at least one pair of first electrical contacts for transmitting energy and multiple pairs of second electrical contacts for transmitting data. The contacts are held in the base part and arranged so as to be distributed in a plane extending essentially perpendicular relative to the longitudinal axis of the contact elements and the contact carrier. First distance lines between the contacts of the pairs of first contacts are free of overlaps with second distance lines between the contacts of the pairs of second contacts.

Contact carrier for electrical plug connectors and plug connectors therefor

A plug-in connection for the transmission of electric current having a male connector and a female connector, wherein the male connector includes a plug-in extension having electrical contacts, and the female connector includes a plug-in extension receptacle having electrical mating contacts, and at least one projection is arranged on one jacket wall, and the other of these jacket walls incorporates at least one receptacle slot which matches the projection. The plug-in extension, with the projection and the receptacle slot in an undamaged state, can only be inserted into the plug-in extension receptacle from an unambiguously defined plug-in position. The male connector, in the plug-in extension interior, additionally incorporates at least one moulding, and the female connector, in the plug-in extension receptacle interior, additionally incorporates at least one mating moulding, and the moulding and the mating moulding, in combination, constitute a stop mechanism for the prevention of any electrical contacting of the electrical contacts with the electrical mating contacts.

Plug-in connection

A plug connector part of a plug-in connection, the plug connector part having a plug connector part housing, one or more electrical and/or optical contacts, at least one locking spring, and, in the plug connector part housing, at least one receiving space for insertion of an insertion part of a mating plug connector part of the plug-in connection. When the mating plug part is in the inserted state, completely inserted into the receiving space in an insertion direction, the mating plug connector part is locked by a longitudinal stop surface of the locking spring in a locking position of the locking spring to prevent the insertion part from being pulled out of the receiving. In addition to the longitudinal stop surface, the locking spring has at least one transverse stop surface for pressing the insertion part against the plug part housing in a direction transverse to the insertion direction.

Plug part of a plug-in connection

A chassis connector comprises a housing with an insertion opening () for a complementary cable connector, a contact carrier inserted in the housing () or formed therein, electrical or optical contacts fixed in the contact carrier, and a front plate which is arranged on the front side of the housing and which, together with an annular ridge extending along at least a part of the circumference of the insertion opening, forms the front end and the outer delimitation of the insertion opening. The front plate is made of a light-dispersing or light-conducting material and has at least one coupling surface for light from an external light source.

Chassis connector

An electrical plug-in connection () for data transmission, including a plug () and a socket (), the plug () has a plug housing () and a plug-in extension () which projects beyond the plug housing () and has electrical contacts (), and the socket () has a socket housing () with a receiving channel () for the plug housing (). A plug-in extension receptacle () with electrical mating contacts () is provided, and in a fully inserted state, the plug-in extension () is inserted into the plug-in extension receptacle () for connecting the electrical contacts () to the electrical mating contacts (). The plug housing (), at least in regions, is arranged within the receiving channel (). The socket () has a locking device () for locking the plug housing () in the receiving channel () in the fully inserted state and an operating element (), which projects beyond the socket housing (), for releasing this locking arrangement.

Electrical plug-in connection for data transmission

A coupling for forming an optical plug connection between two optical plug connectors, the coupling having a guide sleeve and a sleeve-receiving cage with an interior space for receiving the guide sleeve. The sleeve-receiving cage has plug-in openings arranged opposite one another on a longitudinal axis of the sleeve-receiving cage and which serve for the plugging-in of in each case one ferrule of the respective optical plug connector into the guide sleeve in, in each case, one direction parallel to the longitudinal axis. The plug-in openings each are at least regionally surrounded by longitudinal stops of the sleeve-receiving cage for preventing the guide sleeve from being pulled out of the interior space of the sleeve-receiving cage, and the sleeve-receiving cage having two sleeve-receiving cage parts, and detent connection parts of the sleeve-receiving cage parts are engagable into one another with detent action via the sleeve-receiving cage parts being slid onto one another in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis.

Coupling for forming an optical plug connection

A plug part which has at least one plug part housing having at least one elongate plug region for establishing a plug connection with another plug part in a plug-in direction, wherein the plug region has at least one electrical and/or optical plug contact for establishing at least an electrical and/or optical connection with the other plug part, and at least one step is arranged between the plug region and the rest of the plug part housing, wherein the plug part housing is of integral design and the plug region has an outer contour, wherein the outer contour, apart from the ends thereof which are at the end faces as seen in the plug-in direction, is designed to be free of recesses over the entire longitudinal extent thereof in the plug-in direction, or, with at least one recess.

Plug connector for an electrical and/or optical plug connection, wherein the plug connector comprises a first plug component and a second plug component, the first plug component has an elongate plug-in portion and the second plug component has an elongate receiving jacket portion with an insertion opening, and, in a position in which the first and second plug components are completely plugged one into the other, the plug-in portion is inserted into the receiving jacket portion through the insertion opening; the plug connector also comprises locking means including a locking pin for locking together the first and second plug components the locking pin being located inside the receiving jacket portion and/or the plug-in portion in the completely plugged-in position and being movable between the locking position and the unlocking position on a path of movement with a tangential component, viewed from the longitudinal center line.
