The invention relates to a seatbelt device () for motor vehicles comprising a belt buckle () with an insertion slot (), a belt tongue () which can be plugged into the insertion slot () of the belt buckle (), can be locked therein, and has a belt tongue main body () and a belt tongue trim panel (), and a seatbelt (), wherein the seatbelt () runs through a hoop () of the belt tongue (). The belt buckle () and the belt tongue () are configured to transmit electrical power and/or signals from the belt buckle () to the belt tongue ().

Seatbelt device

The present invention relates to a tensioning device for a seat belt device, with a gas generator () for generating a pressurized gas, a piston () that can be driven by the pressurized gas, a tension cable () connected to the piston (), which tension cable can be connected to a safety belt component that is to be set into a tensioning movement and which tension cable extends through the piston (), a guide part () arranged on the tension cable (), and a tensioning tube () for receiving the piston () and the guide part (), which is characterized in that the guide part () is arranged on the side of the piston () facing away from the gas generator () and is movable relative to the piston ().

Tensioning device

A seat belt buckle () and a belt tongue () which can be inserted into the seat belt buckle (). An RFID responder () is arranged in or on the belt tongue () and an RFID reading unit () is arranged in the seat belt buckle () and is designed in such a way that a coupling between the RFID reading unit () and the RFID transponder () is only possible if the belt tongue () is inserted into the seat belt buckle ().

Seat belt buckle system

A shell element for the buckle cover of a seat belt buckle is disclosed. The shell element comprises a base body made of a hard elastomer and an outer and an inner surface. So that when the buckle cover bears against a further vehicle element with a hard surface, no wear and no undesirable noise is generated and so that the seat belt buckle permanently has attractive visual and haptic properties, a further element made of a soft elastomer is directly connected to the base body and is connected thereto by a material and/or positive connection, said further element forming at least one part of the outer surface of the shell element.

A belt buckle for a safety belt system for latching a belt buckle () with a casing (), and a locking mechanism () arranged in the casing (), and a spring element () loading the latching mechanism () in the closing direction, and a damping element that acts against the closing direction of the lathing mechanism (). The damping element is formed by a soft layer arranged on the inside of the casing () on an anticipated impact surface of one of the components of the latching mechanism () during the latching or unlatching movement ().

A buckle for a safety harness in motor vehicles includes a buckle housing and a locking and unlocking mechanism housed therein, and a buckle tongue interacting with the locking and unlocking mechanism. The plastic buckle housing is provided with a silencing damping mass. The damping mass () is applied to the housing shells () on the inside of the buckle housing to reduce the interior volume of the housing not occupied by the locking and unlocking mechanism.
