In a method for producing a winding overhang assembly for an electrical rotating machine, an insulating main body is produced at least partly from a dielectric material. Each of a plurality of conductors of a metal material is connected to the insulating main body via an intermediate layer, which is produced from a material which is different from the dielectric material of the insulating main body and from the metal material of the conductors and which is produced from silver, aluminum, antimony, magnesium, tin, zinc, lead, tantalum or from a mixture and/or from at least one alloy thereof. The conductors are hereby sprayed onto the intermediate layer by a thermal spraying method.

A component is produced in layers by laser melting. A molten pool is created in a bed of powder by a working laser beam. Further auxiliary laser beams are set to a power density that merely slows down the cooling of the material in one zone, but do not cause any renewed melting. In this way, the cooling rate of the microstructure can be set so that an advantageous structural formation develops. This allows for example the mechanical properties of the component produced to be advantageously improved without downstream heat treatments.

Method for laser melting with at least one working laser beam

A method uses a powder bed-based additive production of components such as laser melting. The interior wall of a hollow cylinder is used as a construction platform. Progressive production of the component is possible by rotating the hollow cylinder step-by-step in direction. This allows production of components without set-up times as the components can emerge from the powder bed as rotation continues and can be separated from the hollow cylinder by a separating device. The space requirement for the hollow cylinder in this arrangement is relatively small.

Method and device for powder bed-based additive production of a component

A steam strainer and a method for producing a steam strainer is provided. The steam strainer has a skeleton-like tube body, in which, to construct a shell surface, at least two shell-type individual elements are provided for mounting, wherein the skeleton-like tube body has two end surfaces which are kept at a defined spacing by at least one longitudinal strut connecting the two end surfaces, and wherein the at least two shell-type individual elements have a plurality of screen openings, and wherein the at least two shell-type individual elements and the longitudinal strut are independently exchangeable. A method for creating a blade () for a turbo-engine and such a blade are disclosed. Components () of the blade are produced by an additive production method such as selective laser melting or fusion, while a main body () is produced by casting, for example. The blade components () may consist of a different material than the basic body (). The components or body may carry functions such as serving as drainage slots (). Expense related to the use of additive production methods occurs only for the components () in which a complicated geometry, for example, must be implemented. The remaining components in the form of the main body (), comprising the blade (), the blade foot () and the blade head (), can be cost-effectively implemented as a cast part or a sheet metal part.

The invention relates to an electric machine () comprising a stator () and a rotor (), wherein the rotor () comprises a hollow shaft (), wherein a closed hollow space () is formed by means of the hollow shaft (), wherein the closed hollow space () is provided for receiving a cooling agent, wherein a three-dimensional transport structure () is provided in the closed hollow chamber () for transporting the cooling agent. The three-dimensional structure can, for example, be produced by means of applying an adaptive material.

An elongated supporting pillar for a high-strength structural component is designed to absorb bending forces that act transversely to a longitudinal direction of extension of the supporting pillar. The supporting pillar comprises a wall which at least partially encloses an elongated cavity of the supporting pillar. A reinforcement structure is arranged within the cavity and transversely to the direction of longitudinal extension in such a manner that the reinforcement structure can absorb at least some of the bending forces. The reinforcement structure is designed integrally with the wall, wherein both the wall and the reinforcement structure comprise a meltable material. The supporting pillar has a conical shape, and wherein a first end of the supporting pillar is wider than a second end of the supporting pillar.
