Device for fastening and electrical contacting of a vehicle window pane

A device for fastening and electrical contacting of a vehicle window pane with an integrated electrical functional element is presented. The device includes a pane adapter that is fixed on the window pane; a pane holder that couples the pane adapter with a vehicle body; a pane-side plug that establishes electrical contact with the functional element when the window pane is assembled; and a pane-side coupling shoe for mounting the pane-side plug on the window pane. The device further includes a mating plug that couples with the pane-side plug to provide electrical contact of the functional element to a control unit. The pane adapter, the pane-side coupling shoe, the pane holder, and a plug holder that supports the mating plug, are kinematically coupled so that during assembly of the window pane using the pane adapter on the pane holder, the pane-side plug is connected to the mating plug.

An adjustment device for a closure element on a vehicle, such as e.g. a window pane, a sunroof or a convertible top, is provided. The closure element is adjustable between an open and a closed position by means of the adjustment device, wherein the adjustment device includes a drive motor and an electronic control unit for adjusting the closure element and the control unit comprises a bridge circuit, in order to supply the drive motor with electric power and control the rotational speed and the direction of rotation of a drive element of the drive motor to be coupled with the closure element. A motor vehicle window lifter is provided with a twistable or bendable guide rail on which a driver to be coupled with a window pane is shiftably mounted and which includes fastening points which are connectable with fastening receptacles of a carrier element. The at least one guide section is formed at least sectionally flexible and movable perpendicularly to the adjustment direction relative to a rigid section of the aggregate carrier. In this way a door module with an aggregate carrier is provided which can be produced in an easy and cost efficient manner and can be used substantially without structural modifications in different conditions.

A door module of a vehicle door is provided. The door module comprising a carrier plate, a drive unit arranged on the carrier plate for driving a power-operated adjustment device of the door module, and a decoupling means arranged on the carrier plate for attenuating an acoustic excitation of the carrier plate in operation of the drive unit. The decoupling means is formed by at least one slot, which partly separates a portion carrying the drive unit from another portion of the carrier plate and extends around the drive unit or around a fastening point of the drive unit on the carrier plate in a circumferential direction, and at least one web, which connects the portion carrying the drive unit with the other portion of the carrier plate.

Door module having an acoustic uncoupling means

A window lifter assembly is provided including a flexible pulling means for transmitting a driving force produced by a window lifter drive to a window pane to be adjusted, having a carrier, which is to be coupled to flexible pulling means and to which the window pane is to be fixed so that the window pane is connected to the flexible pulling means via the carrier. Additionally, the window lifter assembly includes guiding means being spaced from the carrier for guiding the window pane along an adjustment path defined by the guiding means. The window pane is moved together with the carrier in said adjustment path if a drive force is applied to the window pane without the carrier engaging in a guiding device that extends along the adjustment path in addition to the connection of the carrier to the flexible pulling means.

A unit support for a motor vehicle door includes at least one longitudinally extended guide rail of a motor vehicle window lifter arranged on the unit support, which extends between a first and a second end portion and on which a drive element serving to receive a window pane to be adjusted along an adjusting path of the guide rail defined by guide surfaces is movably guided. A hollow body is integrally formed on the unit support in the region of at least one end portion of the guide rail. The hollow body extends the guide surfaces of the guide rail serving to guide the drive element, defining the adjusting path and/or a deflection element is provided on the hollow body for deflecting a flexible traction means of the window lifter, in order to increase the length of travel of the motor vehicle window lifter in the direction of extension of the guide rail.

A vehicle roller blind or a sunshield roller blind for motor vehicles includes a roller blind web which is connected to a thrust element, which is rigid in compression and/or bending-resistant, for tensioning the roller blind web, and having an adjusting device which actuates the thrust element, which is embodied in the manner of a single-strand cable window lifter and which is at least partially encapsulated together with the thrust element. The thrust element and the adjusting device are arranged in a housing which holds the thrust element and the adjusting device and which comprises a drive housing for the roller blind drive and a preferably tubular guide channel which holds the thrust element and the flexible traction means.
