A device for supplying energy to a sensor arrangement in a rail vehicle. The device has at least one second electrical conductor which has an inductive coupling to a first electrical conductor. The first electrical conductor connects a converter to a motor of the rail vehicle. The device has a switching module which is operated by way of an operating voltage and has the purpose of processing signals of at least one sensor. The at least one sensor serves to acquire data and/or detect a state of a vehicle component. The switching module is connected to a second electrical conductor. The second electrical conductor is configured to generate the operating voltage from an alternating voltage, applied to the first conductor, by way of induction in the second electrical conductor.

Device and method for supplying energy to a sensor device in a rail vehicle

A bogie of a rail vehicle has at least one wheelset with two oppositely situated wheels that are rigidly connected to one another, a wheelset bearing arrangement of the wheelset within the two wheels, a traction motor which directly drives the wheelset, and an aerodynamic paneling enclosure of the bogie. The traction motor is a permanently excited synchronous motor with liquid cooling.

A method for producing a squirrel-cage rotor of an asynchronous machine includes the following steps: providing a main body, which is magnetically conductive at least in parts and has substantially axially extending grooves; inserting electrical conductors into the grooves in such a way that the conductors protrude from the axial ends of the magnetically conductive main body; positioning electrically conductive end rings, which have a plurality of openings for receiving the respective conductors; and establishing electrical contact between the conductors and the end rings by way of one or more additive manufacturing processes.

An electrical machine has a braking element and a release device. A rotor of the electrical machine includes the braking element and release device. The electrical machine is located, for example, in a rail vehicle. In order to brake the rotor of the electrical machine in the event of an error in the drive train, an overload torque is generated by the electrical machine. An overload clutch is triggered by the overload torque.

A drive system for a rail vehicle includes a plurality of drive motors. The drive motors include at least one permanent magnet motor and at least one asynchronous motor and/or at least one reluctance motor. A rail vehicle having wheelsets, each of which includes two oppositely disposed wheels and which are driven at least partially by the drive system, is also provided.

An electric machine has a rotor on a rotor shaft. The rotor shaft is supported on bearings such that the rotor and the rotor shaft are rotatable around an axis of rotation. The rotor is surrounded radially on the outside by a stator, the stator by a casing. One covering element is surrounded radially on the outside, and axially on the side facing away from the rotor and stator there, by an air guide element, the other covering element by an inner ring element. First and second cooling channels running axially are arranged in the casing or between the casing and stator. Rotor channels running axially are arranged in the rotor shaft and/or in the rotor.

A wheelset drive () concentrically surrounds the wheelset shaft () and acts thereupon. The wheelset drive () is spring-mounted on the bearings () by means of a second spring device () exclusively associated with the wheelset drive (). A two-level clutch () is arranged between the wheelset drive () and the wheelset shaft ().

A chassis for rail vehicles, particularly with inside-supported wheelsets, wherein the drive unit is elastically supported transversely to the travel direction via spring devices within the chassis frame, where the vibrational behavior is optimized and the space available for the drive unit is enlarged because the spring devices are supported directly on the housing of the bearing of the wheelset.
