An active energy ray-curable inkjet printing ink composition satisfies requirements A to D below: A: an amine-modified oligomer is contained by 1.0 to 20.0% by mass in all active energy ray-polymerizable components; B: alkoxy group-containing (meth)acrylates are contained by 2.0 to 20.0% by mass in all active energy ray-polymerizable components; C: a (meth)acrylate containing an alkyl group with 10 to 20 carbon atoms is contained by 2.0 to 25.0% by mass in all active energy ray-polymerizable components; and D: at least one type selected from the group that consists of 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, 3-methyl-1,5-pentanediol diacrylate, dipropylene glycol diacrylate, propoxylated(2)neopentyl glycol diacrylate, 1,10-decanediol diacrylate, and hydroxypivalic acid neopentyl glycol diacrylate is contained by 30.0 to 60.0% by mass in all active energy ray-polymerizable components.

Active energy ray-curable inkjet printing ink composition

An object of the present invention is to provide a photocurable aqueous ink composition for inkjet printing that is excellent in all aspects including miscibility when components excluding pigments and pigment dispersants are mixed, curability during printing, adhesion property and water resistance of a printed coating film. As a solution, provided is a photocurable aqueous ink composition for inkjet printing including: water by 10.0 to 45.0% by mass in the photocurable aqueous ink composition for inkjet printing; a colorant; a water-soluble polymerizable compound containing N-monosubstituted acrylamide; and a photoinitiator.

Photocurable aqueous ink composition for inkjet printing

A photocurable inkjet printing ink composition satisfies requirements A to F: A: the total content of compounds selected from vinyl methyl oxazolidinone, N,N-dimethylacrylamide, benzyl acrylate, and N-vinylcaprolactam, is 30.0% by mass or higher; B: the total content of compounds selected from saturated hydrocarbon group-containing monofunctional monomers with 6 or more carbon atoms and saturated hydrocarbon group-containing polyfunctional monomers with 6 or more carbon atoms is 15.0% by mass or higher in the photocurable inkjet printing ink composition; C: the content of bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phenylphosphine oxide is 3.5% by mass or higher; D: the total content of ethoxy (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phenylphosphine oxide and bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phenylphosphine oxide is 6.0 to 12.0% by mass, and their ratio is 0.3 to 1.5; E: the content of amine-modified oligomer is 0.5 to 15.0% by mass in the photocurable inkjet printing ink composition; and F: a colorant is included.

Photocurable inkjet printing ink composition

An object is to improve all of the following with respect to a photocurable inkjet printing ink composition: discharge stability during printing, as well as tackiness, base material adhesion, bending resistance, abrasion resistance, and solvent resistance of cured coating film. As a solution, a photocurable inkjet printing ink composition is provided that contains a colorant, photopolymerizable components, and photopolymerization initiator, and satisfies all of conditions (1) to (3) below.

An active energy ray-curable inkjet ink composition contains: (A) hydroxy group-containing monofunctional (meth)acrylates by 20.0 to 60.0% by mass in the total amount of all polymerizable components; (B) polyfunctional monomers having ether bonds; (C) amine-modified oligomers by 10.0 to 50.0% by mass in the total amount of all polymerizable components; (D) ethyl phenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphinate as a polymerization initiator; and (E) polymeric sensitizers. Active energy ray-curable inkjet ink composition

An object is to provide a nonaqueous inkjet ink composition offering excellent solid filling property and anti-mottling property, as well as excellent ink stability, discharge stability, and scratch resistance, even when printed at high speed on printing targets whose printing face is constituted by a polyvinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl acetate-based copolymer, or other vinyl-based polymer, etc. As a solution, a nonaqueous inkjet ink composition is provided that contains acrylic-based resin, organic coloring pigment and/or carbon black, alumina, pigment dispersant, and organic solvent, wherein the organic solvent comprises propylene carbonate, diethylene glycol dialkyl ether, and dipropylene glycol alkyl ether acetate, and alumina is contained by 5 to 30 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass representing the total of organic coloring pigment and carbon black.

Nonaqueous inkjet ink composition

Provided is an ink composition for photo-curable inkjet printing, comprising a pigment, a photopolymerizable compound, and a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the photopolymerizable compound comprises 5 to 30% by mass of an amine-modified oligomer and 5 to 30% by mass of N,N-dimethylacrylamide, wherein the photopolymerization initiator comprises at least any one of ethoxy(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phenylphosphine oxide and bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phenylphosphine oxide, and wherein a total amount of ethoxy(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phenylphosphine oxide and bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phenylphosphine oxide is 12% by mass or less.

Ink composition for photocurable inkjet printing

An active energy ray-curable inkjet ink composition contains a pigment which contains Pigment Orange 71 and Pigment Violet 19 which is 30.0 to 85.0% by mass relative to a total mass of Pigment Violet 19 and Pigment Orange 71, and a photopolymerizable compound which contains, in a total amount of all polymerizable components,(A) 0.20 to 15.0% by mass of a multifunctional amine-modified oligomer; (B) 50.0% by mass or more of a monofunctional monomer; (C) 35.0% by mass or more of a monofunctional monomer whose glass transition temperature is 20° C. or more; (D) 35.0% by mass or more of a monofunctional monomer whose glass transition temperature is 10° C. or less; (E) 2.0 to 11.0% by mass of a multifunctional monomer whose glass transition temperature is 10° C. or less; and (F) 10.0 to 25.0% by mass of a nitrogen-containing monofunctional monomer.

An active energy ray-curable inkjet printing ink composition satisfies requirements A to E below is provided: (A) the content of amine-modified oligomer is 1.0 to 20.0% by mass; (B) alkoxy group-containing (meth)acrylate monomers are contained by 2.0 to 20.0% by mass; (C) (meth)acrylate monomers having an alkyl group with 6 to 20 carbon atoms is contained by 2.0 to 25.0% by mass; (D) at least one type selected from the group that consists of 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, 3-methyl-1,5-pentanediol diacrylate, dipropylene glycol diacrylate, 1,10-decanediol diacrylate, propoxylated(2)neopentyl glycol diacrylate, and hydroxypivalic acid neopentyl glycol diacrylate is contained by 30.0 to 60.0% by mass; (E) as photopolymerization initiators, ethoxy(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phenylphosphine oxide is contained by 3.0 to 15.0% by, and oligo(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-(4-(1-methylvinyl)phenyl)propanone) and/or 2-hydroxy-1-{4-[4-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropionyl)phenoxy]phenyl}-2-methylpropanone is/are contained by 2.0 to 10.0% by mass, where the total content of photopolymerization initiators is 6.0 to 25.0% by mass.

A nonaqueous inkjet ink composition contains acrylic-based resin, pigment, pigment dispersant, and organic solvent, wherein the nonaqueous inkjet ink composition is characterized in that it contains propylene carbonate, diethylene glycol dialkyl ether, as well as tetraethylene glycol dialkyl ether, as the organic solvent, and is compounded in a manner that the propylene carbonate accounts for 1.0 to 20.0% by mass in the ink composition and the content of the diethylene glycol dialkyl ether relative to the propylene carbonate content, or 'diethylene glycol dialkyl ether/propylene carbonate,' falls between 9.0 and 20.0.

Provided is a photo-curable inkjet printing ink composition, comprising (A) an acrylicated amine compound having two photopolymerizable functional groups and two amino groups in a molecule, (B) a (meth)acrylic monomer having an alkoxy group, and (C) at least one selected from the group consisting of hexanediol acrylate, 3-methyl-1,5-pentanediol diacrylate, dipropylene glycol diacrylate, and neopentyl glycol diacrylate hydroxypivalate, wherein a content of the component (A) is 3 to 18% by mass in the ink composition, wherein a content of the component (B) is 5 to 35% by mass in the ink composition, and wherein a content of the component (C) is 30 to 60% by mass in the ink composition.

Ink composition for photo-curable inkjet printing

An object is to obtain a photocurable inkjet printing ink composition that demonstrates excellent preservation stability and discharge property, while also presenting curability under ultraviolet light from a light-emitting diode (LED) light source, as well as good adhesion, flexibility and tackiness. As a solution, a photocurable inkjet printing ink composition containing photopolymerizable compounds and photopolymerization initiator is provided, wherein the photocurable inkjet printing ink composition satisfies A to D: A. 2-(allyloxy methyl) methyl acrylate is contained by 5 to 40 percent by mass in all photopolymerizable compounds; B. multifunctional monomers and/or multifunctional oligomers of 0° C. or lower in glass transition temperature are contained by 5 to 20 percent by mass in all photopolymerizable compounds; C. amino group and/or amide group-containing monomers and/or oligomers are contained; and D. the ink composition has a viscosity of 30 mPa·s or lower at 25° C.

A continuous-type inkjet ink composition includes a polyvinyl butyral resin (Resin 1) and a rosin ester resin (Resin 2), and organic solvents, wherein the content of Resin 1 in the inkjet ink composition is 1.0 to 8.0 percent by mass, and the content ratio of Resin 1 and Resin 2 satisfies 'Resin 1:Resin 2=20:1 to 10:8' based on ratio by mass, and the total quantity of organic solvents regulated by industrial health and safety regulation is 5 percent by mass or less in the inkjet ink composition. The composition demonstrates excellent discharge stability and jetting property as well as excellent adhesion to various types of base printing materials including polyolefin films with no surface treatment.

Continuous-type inkjet ink composition

An object is to provide a continuous inkjet ink composition that has excellent storage stability and anticorrosion effect on a metal member, and that allows printing with good image quality. As a solution, a continuous inkjet ink composition is provided that includes a pigment, a resin, a metal salt of thiocyanic acid at 0.05 to 1.7% by mass in the composition, and tetraalkylammonium hexafluorophosphate at 0.05 to 2.7% by mass in the composition.
