The present invention relates to a seat lock including: a fixed bracket fixed to a leg of a chair; a locking unit disposed on the fixed bracket; and a movable bracket fixed to a seat of the chair in such a manner as to rotate together with the seat and having a seat rotation shaft and a locking piece coupled to an end periphery of the seat rotation shaft in such a manner as to be exposed to the outside, wherein the locking unit includes a driving motor having a driving shaft, a driving cam fitted to the driving shaft of the driving motor, and a latch rotating in a range of a given angle around a shaft fixed to the fixed bracket to limit the rotational movement of the locking piece. According to the present invention, the seat lock can utilize the locking unit to allow the seat to be more efficiently managed.

Provided is a binder for secondary battery electrodes comprising polymer particles obtained by polymerizing three or more kinds of monomers wherein the polymer particles have a mean particle diameter of 0.3 &#x3bc;m to 0.7 &#x3bc;m. The binder exhibits superior adhesion force to electrode current collectors and excellent support force to the active material and basically improves safety of electrodes, thus providing a secondary battery with superior cycle characteristics.

Provided is a binder for secondary battery electrodes wherein the content of a gel comprising a polymer particle obtained by copolymerizing three or more types of monomers is 50 to 100% by weight and a swelling index of the binder to an electrolyte is 1.1 to 5.0. The binder fundamentally improves electrode stability due to the gel content defined above and increases ionic conductivity due to the swelling index, thus providing secondary batteries with superior cycle properties.

Provided is a binder for secondary battery electrodes comprising polymer particles obtained by polymerizing (a) a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer; (b) at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an acrylate monomer, a vinyl monomer and a nitrile monomer; and (c) a (meth)acrylamide monomer and an unsaturated monocarbonic acid monomer, with two or more cross-linking agents with different molecular weights. Based on the combination of specific components, the binder basically improves stability of an electrode in the process of fabricating the electrode, thus providing secondary batteries with superior cycle properties.

An anode composition for a lithium secondary battery is provided. The anode composition comprises an anode active material, a conductive material, and an acrylonitrile-acrylic acid copolymer with a high molecular weight as a binder. The acrylonitrile-acrylic acid copolymer has a molar ratio of acrylonitrile to acrylic acid of 1:0.01-2. Further provided are a method for preparing the anode composition and a lithium secondary battery using the anode composition. The binder has improved resistance to an electrolyte solution due to its enhanced adhesive strength. In addition, the use of the anode composition prevents the active material layer from being peeled off or separated from a current collector during charge and discharge to achieve improved capacity and cycle life characteristics of the battery.

Provided is a binder for secondary battery electrodes comprising a copolymer consisting of 79 to 98% by weight of at least one selected from the group consisting of (a) an ethylenically unsaturated carbonic acid ester monomer and (b) a vinyl monomer and a nitrile monomer, (c) 1 to 20% by weight of an ethylenically unsaturated carbonic acid monomer, and (d) 1 to 20% by weight of a phosphorus (P)-containing monomer including a P&#x2550;O bond and one or more reactive double bonds in a molecular structure thereof, based on the total weight of the binder. The binder fundamentally improves stability of an electrode in the process of fabricating the electrode, thus providing secondary batteries with superior cycle properties.
