The present invention relates to an air flap having a mixed-type door structure. The objective of the present invention is to provide an air flap having a mixed-type door structure. In terms of a door structure of an external air flap provided matching a bumper cover, an upper door, for which it is difficult to secure an upper operation space, is formed in a planar shape, whereas a lower door is formed in a cylindrical shape in the same manner as a door of a general external air flap, such that, on the whole, the air flap has a mixed-type door structure.

Provided is an air-guard having a sub-guide structure, that is, an air-guard having a sub-guide structure for improving availability of air introduced into a vehicle grill. In particular, an air-guard having a sub-guide structure includes an improved structure for guiding air toward a suction duct at an upper end portion of the air-guard or an inside of the air-guard, thereby efficiently utilizing non-used air between the air-guard and a duct mounting portion.

The present invention relates to a fan shroud provided in a cooling module, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fan shroud having a peripheral part configured to surround an outer periphery of a fan, and a planar part coupled to face a heat exchanger, in which a noise-reducing hole is formed at an appropriate position and defined by connecting a first hole, which extends in a circumferential direction of the peripheral part, and a second hole, which extends toward the planar part and is formed through the planar part, thereby effectively reducing BPF noise while minimizing deterioration in rigidity and durability of the fan shroud.

A front end module for an electric vehicle is provided. The front end module includes a carrier that is disposed inside a bumper cover having a lower grille. The carrier includes a receiving opening within which a heat exchanger is disposed. In addition, an active air flap is disposed below the carrier and adjacent to the lower grille, the active air flap having a plurality of pivotable flaps. Further, the front end module includes an air guard that is disposed above the active air flap and covers a front surface of the heat exchanger disposed within the receiving opening of the carrier.
