A display device includes: a display panel including a plurality of pixels; a power management circuit configured to generate an analog power supply voltage; and a data driver configured to provide a pre-emphasis voltage and a data voltage to the plurality of pixels based on the analog power supply voltage, wherein the display device is configured to adjust a voltage level of the pre-emphasis voltage according to a distance from the data driver to each of the plurality of pixels to which the pre-emphasis voltage is applied, and wherein the display device is configured to adjust a voltage level of the analog power supply voltage according to the adjusted voltage level of the pre-emphasis voltage.

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, and a panel driver configured to drive the display panel. A display device includes a first unit pixel disposed in a first pixel column and a first pixel row, and a second unit pixel disposed in the first pixel column and a second pixel row adjacent to the first pixel row, and first and second gate lines extending in a row direction and having gate voltage input pads at a terminal portion thereof. First and second data lines extend in a column direction and are connected to the first unit pixel and the second unit pixel, respectively. A first charge control line extends in the row direction and has a charge control gate voltage input pad disposed at a terminal portion thereof. A display device includes a signal controller processing an input image signal and an input control signal and outputting an image signal and a control signal. A gray voltage generator generates reference gray voltages. The control signal includes a selection signal. A data driver generates gray voltages based on the reference gray voltage, selects a gray voltage corresponding to the image signal among the generated gray voltages, and applies the selected gray voltage to a pixel as a first data voltage. The data driver applies a black data voltage corresponding to a black image to the pixel according to the selection signal.

The array substrate includes a first base substrate, a plurality of first signal pads formed on the first base substrate and a first dummy pad formed adjacent to the first signal pads. The driving film includes a base film, a plurality of output terminals formed on the base film and a first alignment mark formed adjacent to the output terminals. The adhesive member adheres the first signal pads to the output terminals, and adheres the first dummy pad to the first alignment mark.
