A touch display system includes: a display driver integrated circuit (IC) configured to drive a display panel; a touch screen controller configured to drive a touch screen panel; a driving voltage generator configured to provide driving voltages to the display panel, the display driver IC, and the touch screen controller; and a ground modulation device configured to receive a driving signal, which is used to drive the touch screen panel and periodically swings between a first reference voltage level and a second reference voltage level, from the touch screen controller, configured to generate a modulated ground voltage, which periodically swings between the first reference voltage level and the second reference voltage level, based on the driving signal, and configured to provide the modulated ground voltage to the display panel, the display driver IC, and the touch screen controller

An ambient light sensing circuit includes a photodiode that flows a current in proportion to ambient light, a first storage capacitor that is electrically coupled with the photodiode and is discharged after being charged with a voltage of a first power supply, a second storage capacitor that is electrically coupled with the first storage capacitor and provides a coupling voltage, and a transistor that outputs a current from the first power supply corresponding to the coupling voltage of the first storage capacitor and the second storage capacitor after being electrically coupled with the second storage capacitor.

An ambient light sensing circuit includes a transistor, a first storage capacitor coupled to the transistor and adapted to compensate for a threshold voltage of the transistor, a second storage capacitor coupled to the first storage capacitor, a photodiode coupled to the first storage capacitor and the second storage capacitor and adapted to change a coupling voltage of the first and second storage capacitors based on ambient light incident thereon, a first switch adapted to selectively apply the first power supply voltage to the output load coupled to the transistor, and a second switch coupled to a first electrode of the transistor and the output load, and adapted to allow a charge stored in the storage capacitor to be discharged through the transistor based on the coupling voltage of the first storage capacitor and the second storage capacitor.
