A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels and that displays an image in a display area, and a driving controller which receives an image signal, drives the plurality of pixels, where the driving controller includes a compensation unit, and the plurality of pixels include a first pixel disposed in a central area of the display area and a second pixel spaced apart from the central area by a preset distance, the compensation unit outputs compensation data for controlling luminance of the image, and the display panel displays the image, in which a first luminance of the first pixel is less than a second luminance of the second pixel with respect to a same luminance value, based on the compensation data.

Driving controller and display device including the same

A display device includes: a display panel including a sub-pixel, the sub-pixel including: a first capacitor; a first transistor to generate a driving current, and including a control electrode connected to the first capacitor; a second transistor connected to the first capacitor, and to provide a data voltage or a reference voltage to the first capacitor in response to a write gate signal; and a light emitting element to receive the driving current to emit light; a data driver to selectively output the data voltage or the reference voltage to the first capacitor through a source channel; and a timing controller to control the data driver.

Data driver and display device including the same

A display device includes: a display panel including a normal pixel in a display region and a test pixel in a peripheral region, a sensing line coupled to the test pixel, and a sensing circuit configured to sense a mobility characteristic of the test pixel by measuring a current at a source node of the test pixel through the sensing line. The source node of the test pixel is electrically separated from the sensing line in a data writing period of a frame period, and is electrically coupled to the sensing line in an emission period of the frame period.

An analog-to-digital converter includes: a sample/hold circuit, which samples an analog signal, and outputs a first voltage; a digital-to-analog conversion circuit, which converts a digital signal to output a second voltage; an amplifier, which amplifies the first voltage and the second voltage; a noise shaping filter, which integrates a residual voltage corresponding to a difference between the amplified first voltage and the amplified second voltage, and generates a first integration voltage and a second integration voltage; a comparator, which compares a sum of the amplified first voltage, the first integration voltage, and the second integration voltage with the amplified second voltage; and a SAR logic, which outputs the digital signal according to a comparison result of the comparator, and controls the digital-to-analog conversion circuit.

Analog-to-digital converter, method of analog-to-digital conversion, and electronic apparatus

An amplifier circuit includes a differential input terminal, a first power supplier, an amplifier, and a current redistributor. A differential input terminal includes a first differential pair of a p-type and a second differential pair of an n-type, and receives an input voltage. A first power supplier supplies a bias current to the differential input terminal. An amplifier receives an output current of the first differential pair and an output current of the second differential pair, and applies an amplified current to an output node. A current redistributor receives the output current of the first differential pair and the output current of the second differential pair, and provides a redistribution current to the differential input terminal.

A driving chip includes a data channel block including a plurality of data channels, a scan channel block disposed in a first direction from the data channel block and including a plurality of scan channels, a data pad block disposed outside the data channel block and the scan channel block in the first direction and including a plurality of data pads which respectively receive a data signal from the plurality of data channels, and a scan pad block disposed outside the data channel block and the scan channel block in the first direction, disposed outside the data pad block in a second direction crossing the first direction and including a plurality of scan pads which respectively receive a scan signal from the scan channels.

A data driver includes a digital to analog converter, a buffer and a buffer controller. The digital to analog converter is configured to receive a data signal having a digital type and to convert the data signal into a data voltage having an analog type. The buffer is configured to buffer the data voltage and to output the data voltage. The buffer controller is configured to determine a parameter of the buffer based on previous line data of the data signal and present line data of the data signal.

An organic light emitting display device includes a display part including a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of power source lines, and a plurality of pixels each including an organic light emitting diode, a driving transistor coupled to the organic light emitting diode and to a power source line of the power source lines, and a switching transistor coupled to a scan line of the scan lines and to a data line of the data lines, and a sensing driver configured to sample a sensing current from the power source line while a sensing data voltage is applied to one of the pixels, and to calculate a threshold voltage value of the driving transistor using the sensing current in a sensing mode.

Organic light emitting display device and method of driving the same

A pixel circuit includes first to fifth transistors, an organic light emitting element, and a capacitor. The second transistor includes a control electrode receiving a first scan signal, an input electrode receiving a data voltage, and an output electrode connected to the control electrode of the first transistor. The third transistor includes a control electrode receiving a second scan signal, an input electrode receiving an initialization voltage, and an output electrode connected to the output electrode of the first transistor. The fourth transistor includes a control electrode receiving an emission signal, an input electrode receiving a first power voltage, and an output electrode connected to the input electrode of the first transistor. The fifth transistor includes a control electrode receiving a third scan signal, an input electrode receiving the data voltage, and an output electrode connected to the input electrode of the first transistor.

A digital-to-analog converter having a structure that converter may decrease an effect of a mismatch between elements and decrease a quantity of the elements. The digital-to-analog converter includes a multiplexer configured to output a first voltage or a second voltage corresponding to an input bit as an input voltage and a recursive switched circuit configured to alternately receive the input voltage and a reference voltage and to output an average value of the input voltage and the reference voltage as an output voltage.

A sensing apparatus that senses electrical signals of a plurality of pixels arranged in rows or columns. The sensing apparatus includes a plurality of sensing circuits configured to sense electrical signals through sensing lines that correspond to the columns of the pixels, a first switch configured to connect a first sensing line of the sensing lines that corresponds to a first pixel column of the columns of the pixels and a first sensing circuit of the sensing circuits that corresponds to the first pixel column; and a second switch configured to connect the first sensing line and a second sensing circuit of the sensing circuits different from the first sensing circuit.

An organic light-emitting display apparatus including a display including pixels arranged in an array, a sensor for detecting respective current characteristics of the pixels, a current sensor for receiving a first current from a first pixel of the pixels, for outputting a first voltage corresponding to the first current, for receiving a second current from a second pixel of the pixels, and for outputting a second voltage corresponding to the second current, a level shifter for receiving the first and second voltages and for generating first and second shift voltages respectively corresponding to the first and second voltages, an intermediate voltage of the first and second voltages being equal to a conversion reference voltage, and an analog-to-digital converter for receiving the first and second shift voltages and for outputting a digital value corresponding to a difference between the first and second shift voltages based on the conversion reference voltage.
