Provided is a hollow-fiber membrane module comprising a submodule inside which raw water is circulated and water treatment is carried out, and a piping unit which is connected to the submodule and through which the raw water and air and treated water flow, such that flow rates can be increased and energy consumption can be minimized through the circulation of a fluid.

The present invention purposes to provide a hollow fiber membrane module that minimizes the error rate in a manufacturing process thereof, disperses weight by separating an enlarged hollow fiber membrane module into a plurality of small modules, and provides a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention includes a central water tube having a plurality of inlets formed in the circumferential direction thereof, a central air tube provided in the central water tube, a plurality of housings longitudinally provided in the circumferential direction of the central water tube, a hollow fiber membrane provided in the respective housing and in which water is treated by difference of pressure, a fixing part fixing the lower part of the hollow fiber membrane to the housing, and a collector provided in the lower part of the housing, a plurality of small modules being provided in the housing.

Hollow fiber membrane module and method for making thereof

It is an object of the present invention to provide a hollow fiber membrane module which maximizes the efficiency of removing scale-like contaminants generated at the water treatment using hollow fiber membranes, and a method of manufacturing the same. The hollow fiber membrane module includes hollow fiber membranes for making water treatment due to the pressure difference, and a collector fixing the hollow fiber membranes in bundle. A treated-water tube is extended to the inside of the collector, and communicated with the inner passage of the hollow fiber membranes to deliver the water treated through the hollow fiber membranes. A diffuser is installed at the collector to diffuse bubbles to the hollow fiber membranes. An air tube is extended to the collector, and connected to the diffuser to feed air. Dividers are installed over the collector to partition the hollow fiber membranes into a plurality of bundles.

A method and apparatus for sensing the water level and vibration for a washing machine are disclosed. The method includes the steps of measuring a resonant frequency, when a water level of a washtub corresponds to the water level of zero and there is no wash within the washtub, in a water level sensor which converts the variation of water pressure according to the water level of the washtub into the resonant frequency and senses the water level as the converted resonant frequency, setting the measured resonant frequency as a reference resonant frequency, measuring the resonant frequency from the water level sensor, during a dehydration operation among washing operations, and obtaining a deviation of the measured resonant frequency from the reference resonant frequency, and comparing the deviation of the measured resonant frequency from a deviation of the reference resonant frequency to determine whether the dehydration operation is continued, for thereby achieving an optimal washing operation, wherein the method is comprised of the step of sensing the excessive vibration within the washing machine only with an output of existing water level sensor, without having a mechanical vibration sensor.
