A display device includes a display panel including a pixel. The pixel includes a light emitting element, a first capacitor connected to a first node, a second capacitor connected between a second node and a voltage line, a first transistor connected to the first node, the second node, and a third node, a second transistor connected between the third node and the first node, a third transistor connected between the second node and a data line, a fourth transistor connected between the second node and the voltage line, a fifth transistor connected between the third node and the light emitting element, and a sixth transistor connected between the light emitting element and a reference voltage line.

Display device and method of driving the same

A display device includes a display panel including a pixel. The pixel includes: a light emitting element; a first capacitor between a first node and a voltage line; a first transistor connected to the first node, the voltage line, and a second node; a second transistor connected between the first node and a third node and for receiving a first scan signal; a third transistor connected between the second node and the third node and for receiving a second scan signal; a second capacitor connected between the third node and a fourth node; a fourth transistor connected between the fourth node and a data line and for receiving a third scan signal; and a fifth transistor connected between the second node and the light emitting element and for receiving a first emission control signal.

A display device is provided including a display panel. A pixel of the display panel includes a light emitting element, first through sixth transistors, and a capacitor. The first transistor is connected between a power line and the light emitting element and operates depending on a potential of a first node. The second transistor is connected between a data line and a second node. The capacitor is connected between the first node and the second node. The third transistor is connected between the first transistor and the first node. The fourth transistor is connected between the first node and a reference voltage line. The fifth transistor is connected between the second node and the reference voltage line. The sixth transistor is connected between the power line and the second node.

A display device includes a pixel. The pixel includes a light-emitting element, a first capacitor, and first to fifth transistors. The first transistor is connected between a first voltage line receiving a first driving voltage and the light-emitting element, and operates in response to a potential of a first node, and the second transistor is connected between a data line and the first node, and receives a first scan signal. The first capacitor is connected between the first node and a second node, and the third transistor is connected between the first transistor and the first node, and receives a second scan signal. The fourth transistor is connected between a reference voltage line and the first node, and receives a third scan signal, and the fifth transistor is connected between the first transistor and the second node, and receives an emission control signal.

A method of driving a display device including a sensing line, a light-emitting element, a capacitor, and a driving transistor, the driving transistor comprising a control terminal that is connected to the capacitor, an input terminal, and an output terminal, the method including: connecting the control terminal and the output terminal; connecting the control terminal and the output terminal to a ground voltage and then disconnecting the control terminal and the output terminal from the ground voltage; sensing a first voltage of the control terminal through the sensing line; and calculating a threshold voltage of the driving transistor based on the first voltage.

Discussed is a display device including a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting devices applied to sub-pixels included in each pixel of a display panel; and a driving unit for driving the plurality of semiconductor light-emitting devices on the basis of a digital pulse width modulation (PWM) signal, wherein the driving unit further includes: a current sensing unit for sensing the value of a current flowing through at least one of the plurality of semiconductor light-emitting devices; and a current compensation unit for compensating for the current deviation between the plurality of semiconductor light-emitting devices on the basis of the current value sensed by the sensing unit.

Disclosed are a capacitance-type touch panel device and an operation method for the same. In order that the effect of disturbance noise comprised in a receiving signal is minimized, a calculation for a digital code which has been converted into a digital signal type is performed. Information about the noise level of the digital code is compared to a reference value, and, when the frequency of the noise is determined to be similar to the frequency of the receiving signal, the frequency of an operation signal, which is supplied from a signal generation unit, is changed.

Capacitive in-cell touch panel structures and readout method in the same

In the touch panel device and the operating method for the same according to the present invention, an entire scan is divided into a first scan and a second scan for determining a touch position. In the first scan, a plurality of transmission electrodes are configured into groups, and a signal is applied sequentially or simultaneously such that a first analysis position is determined. In the second scan, since a signal is sequentially or simultaneously applied only to the first analysis position, a plurality of sampling durations can sufficiently be provided such that a second analysis position, which is the exact touch position, can be determined.
