A communication device configured to operate in a Multiple-input Multiple-output (MIMO) operation mode and Single-input Single output (SISO) operation mode and operation mode switching method are described. The communication device can include a transceiver associated with a first antenna, and configured to wirelessly communicate via the first antenna using a first communication technology; a second antenna associated with a second communication technology different from the first communication technology; and a controller coupled to the transceiver. The controller can be configured to: determine communication information corresponding to the first and the second communication technologies; and control the communication device to switch an operation mode of the communication device between the MIMO operation mode and the SISO operation mode based on the determined communication information.

Methods, devices and systems for dynamic scheduling of Bluetooth signals based at least in part on LTE schedules are disclosed. In some examples, Bluetooth can deduce information on the LTE DL/UL activity based at least in part on the LTE frame structure, LTE decision point or the LTE subframe boundary time. In some examples, Bluetooth scheduler can dynamically change the timing of the scheduling algorithm such that it may utilize the knowledge of LTE traffic and may at least partially avoid interference or evaluate the interference level.

Device, system, and method of coordinating among multiple co-located wireless communication units

A wireless local access network (WLAN) radio listens for a beacon for a listening duration on each of multiple channels. Periodically, the WLAN radio changes the channel on which the WLAN radio listens for a beacon. The WLAN radio rotates through all channels until an entire beacon period is listened to. The number of iterations is chosen to minimize the overlap of successive listening durations. The WLAN radio can detect a beacon by detecting an incomplete portion of a beacon.
