A motor noise reduction control apparatus of an eco-friendly vehicle includes: a driving mode selector for selecting one of a high fuel economy driving mode and a low-noise driving mode; and a motor controller configured to generate a current command for motor drive using a maximum motor efficiency control application current map when the high fuel economy driving mode is selected, and to generate a current command for motor drive using a minimum torque ripple control application current map when the low-noise driving mode is selected.

A structure for fixing a permanent magnet in a rotor core. The structure includes a magnet accommodation portion into which a permanent magnet is to be inserted, an internal hole formed in an area adjacent to one end of the magnet accommodation portion, a pressing portion provided between the magnet accommodation portion and the internal hole. The pressing portion forms a convex shape toward the permanent magnet to be in contact with the permanent magnet.

Structure for fixing permanent magnet in rotor core

An interior permanent magnet electric motor forms a buried angle of a left permanent magnet of a slot part of a rotor differently from a buried angle of a right permanent magnet of the slot part of the rotor, so as to reduce torque ripple while sufficiently maintaining motor efficiency as compared to an I-type rotor to effectively improve noise, vibration, and harshness performance.
