A display panel having at least one hole inside a display area includes: a substrate; a plurality of display elements arranged in a plane around the at least one hole; and a plurality of signal lines extending in a first direction, wherein the at least one hole includes a first hole having a first width in a second direction and having two sides with asymmetric shapes with respect to a first central line passing through a center of the first width, wherein each of first and second neighboring signal lines extends in the first direction, the first signal line detours around a first side of the first hole, and the second signal line detours around a second side of the first hole opposite to the first side, and wherein the first and second signal lines are asymmetric with respect to a first virtual line therebetween.

Display panel and electronic apparatus including the same

A display panel includes a plurality of pixels disposed in a display area, where the display area includes a round-type edge and a flat-type edge extending from the round-type edge, a first constant voltage transfer electrode extending in a first direction and disposed in a peripheral area adjacent to the display area, a first constant voltage transfer line electrically connected to the first constant voltage transfer electrode in the peripheral area, where the first constant voltage transfer line extends from the first constant voltage transfer electrode to the display area via the flat-type edge, and a second constant voltage transfer line electrically connected to the first constant voltage transfer electrode in the peripheral area, where the second constant voltage transfer line extends from the first constant voltage transfer electrode to the display area via the round-type edge.

Display panel

A display panel may include a substrate, pixels, dummy pixels, and voltage lines. The substrate may include a first transmission region for light transmission and/or sound transmission, a non-display area surrounding the first transmission region, and a display area surrounding the non-display area. The pixels may be arranged on the display area and may emit light. The dummy pixels may be arranged on the non-display area, may include a first dummy pixel, and may emit no light. The voltage lines may transmit voltages to the pixels and the dummy pixels. The voltage lines may include a first voltage line and a second voltage line. The first voltage line may be spaced from the second voltage line, may be aligned with the second voltage line, and may overlap the first dummy pixel. The first transmission region may be positioned between the first voltage line and the second voltage line.

A display apparatus includes a substrate including a first region and a second region including an outer pixel area that overlaps an outer column spaced apart from the first region, a first outer pixel circuit, a second outer pixel circuit and an intermediate pixel circuit disposed in the outer pixel area, a first display element including a first outer display element and a second outer display element, wherein the first outer display element overlaps a first inner column overlapping at least a portion of the first region and is connected to the first outer pixel circuit, and the second outer display element overlaps a second inner column and is connected to the second outer pixel circuit, and a second display element including an intermediate display element overlapping the outer pixel area and connected to the intermediate pixel circuit.

Display apparatus

A display device including a substrate, a plurality of first data lines and a plurality of second data lines. The substrate includes a display area, in which a hole is formed, and a hole edge area surrounding the hole. The plurality of first data lines are disposed on the substrate, extend in a first direction in the display area, are arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and bypass the hole along the hole edge area. The plurality of second data lines are disposed on the substrate, extend in the first direction in the display area, are arranged adjacent to the plurality of first data lines, and bypass the hole along hole edge area. In the hole edge area, each of the plurality of first data lines and the plurality of second data lines are disposed on three layers different from each other.

Display device having a hole formed in a display area

A display panel including a first panel region (FPR) including (n−1)-th and n-th pixel rows ((n−1)PR and nPR), and a second panel region (SPR) dividing the nPR to propagate an optical signal. A display panel and a method of manufacturing the display panel are provided. The display panel includes: a substrate including a transmission area, a display area surrounding the transmission area, and an intermediate area between the transmission area and the display area; a light emitting device; and a groove in the intermediate area and including a first opening of a metal layer including a first sublayer, a second sublayer, and a third sublayer sequentially stacked and a second opening of an inorganic layer covering the metal layer, wherein the first opening includes a first opening of the first sublayer, a second opening of the second sublayer, and a third opening of the third sublayer, which overlap each other, and an inner surface of the second sublayer includes a concave portion recessed in a direction farther away from a center of the first opening than an inner surface of the first sublayer and an inner surface of the third sublayer.
