Light systems, systems and apparatus related thereto that aids in the installation and removal of a luminaire as well as eliminates gaps formed in a housing for the light system. The light system includes a spring-loaded attachment system for a light system, a mounting system in which a luminaire can be arranged therein that includes interchangeable plates to accommodate various size and shape luminaires, and a light-blocking rotatable housing assembly for a recessed luminaire.

Lighting system and structures and apparatus related thereto

A lighting system includes two or more three-dimensional structural frames that are joined to one another by at least one shared frame component and at least one shared connector to form a modular structural frame. The frames can be fitted with a light emitting panel for emitting light downwardly. The frames can be suspended from a ceiling via suspension cables or can be fixedly mounted to a ceiling.

Modular lighting system with shared structural components

A modular lighting system that includes at one cylindrical luminaire that includes a power contact on at least one end that is contacted by a connector from which pins extend to transfer power. The lighting system can be mounted on a ceiling, wall or both at the same time with the luminaire being rotatable and the system being scalable.
