In some embodiments, techniques for improving treatment outcomes are provided. A computing system measures at least one skin condition for a subject. The computing system receives a plurality of types of omics data for the subject. For each type of omics data, the computing system uses at least one classifier associated with the type of omics data to determine whether the subject is in at least one responder category. The computing system predicts treatment outcomes for the at least one skin condition for the subject for a plurality treatments based on the at least one responder category. The computing system determines a skincare regimen based on the predicted treatment outcomes.

Predicting efficacies and improving skincare treatment outcomes based on responder/non-responder information

Systems and methods are provided for improving skincare product formulations to address predicted skin trends. A biomarker analysis system is used to determine concentrations of various protein biomarkers of a user. A skin diagnosis computing device uses the protein biomarker concentrations to determine one or more skin trends, and determines one or more skincare product ingredients to address the skin trends. A skincare product is compounded that includes the one or more skincare product ingredients.

Systems and methods for generating personalized skincare formulations based on biomarker analysis

In some embodiments, a method of determining a personalized skincare recommendation is provided. A computing system receives data depicting a face of a subject. The computing system determines features based on the data depicting the face of the subject. The computing system provides the features to an ageotype classifier to generate a predicted skin ageotype for the subject. The computing system generates the personalized skincare recommendation based on at least the predicted skin ageotype.

Predicting aging treatment outcomes based on a skin ageotype

In some embodiments, protein biomarker concentration information for a subject is obtained, and is used to determine one or more skin trends likely to be experienced by the subject. Skincare product recommendations are generated based on the protein biomarker concentration information. Feedback on the recommended skincare products may be received, and may be used to improve future recommendations for skincare products for the subject or for other subjects.

Personalized skincare recommendations based on biomarker analysis

Systems, methods, and devices are provided for generating visualizations of facial aging trends based on protein biomarker concentration information. Protein biomarker concentration information is generated by an immunoassay analyzer device. The protein biomarker concentration information is used to predict one or more facial aging trends, such as shiny skin, rough skin, uneven skin tone, eye wrinkles, photo-aging, loss of elasticity, or dilated pores. A visualization, such as a spider diagram or a face aging simulation, is generated and presented.
