Embodiments provide a door body for opening and closing a front part of an article body, whereby the door body includes a front panel constituting a front of the door body, a frame supporting at least a part of an outside edge of the front panel, and a back panel constituting a back of the door body. According to at least one embodiment, the frame includes a support plate extending to an inside of the article body in a substantially vertical direction, the front panel is bonded to the support plate with a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive film, the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive film extends from a leading edge of the support plate to an inside of the door body, and a radius of curvature of a front side corner of the leading edge of the support plate is 0.1 to 10 mm.

Door body

One embodiment is a hardcoat multilayer film which includes layers, namely, a first hardcoat, a second hardcoat and a transparent resin film sequentially from the surface layer side. The first hardcoat is formed from a coating material that does not contain inorganic particles, while containing 100 parts by mass of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, 0.5-20 parts by mass of (B) a compound having two or more secondary thiol groups in each molecule, 0.01-7 parts by mass of (C) a water repellent agent and 0.01-10 parts by mass of (D) a silane coupling agent; and the second hardcoat is formed from a coating material that contains 100 parts by mass of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and 30-300 parts by mass of (F) inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm. The polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (A) may contain 20% by mass or more of a tripentaerythritol acrylate. The coating material which forms the first hardcoat may additionally contain 0.1-5 parts by mass of (E) a thiophenyl-based photopolymerization initiator.

Hardcoat multilayer film

One embodiment provides a hard coat laminated film, comprising, in order from a surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer, where the first hard coat is formed of a coating material including: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; (B) 0.01 to 7 parts by mass of a water repellent; (C) 0.01 to 10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent; and (D) 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of resin microparticles having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 10 &#x3bc;m, and containing no inorganic particles, and where the second hard coat is formed of a coating material containing inorganic particles. Another embodiment provides a hard coat laminated film having, in order from a surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a resin film layer. The first hard coat includes a coating material that does not include inorganic particles. The second hard coat includes a coating material including inorganic particles. The adhesive film fulfills the conditions: (i) a total light transmission rate of at least 85%; (ii) a pencil hardness for the first hard coat surface of at least 5H; and (iii) a Y value for an XYZ color system of 1.5%-4.2%.

Anti-glare hard coat laminated film

According to at least one embodiment, there is provided a hard coat laminated film, including, from a surface layer side, a second hard coat, a first hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer, where the first hard coat and the transparent resin film layer are laminated directly, where the first hard coat is formed of a coating material including: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; and (B) 1 to 100 parts by mass of an N-substituted (meth)acrylamide compound, where the second hard coat is formed of a coating material containing no inorganic particles, and where the transparent resin film is a transparent multilayer film or a transparent monolayer film made of a poly(meth)acrylimide resin, where the transparent multilayer film includes a surface layer made of a poly(meth)acrylimide resin, the first hard coat being formed on the surface layer.

Hard coat laminated film

Embodiments provide a hard coat laminated film including a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer in order from the outermost surface layer side, where the first hard coat is formed of a coating material containing no inorganic particles; the second hard coat is formed of a coating material containing inorganic particles; and the hard coat laminated film satisfies the following requirements: (i) the total light transmittance is 85% or more; and (ii) the pencil hardness of the surface of the first hard coat is 5H or higher.

Hard coat laminated film and method for producing same

Embodiments provide a door body which opens and closes a front part of an article body, and which has a front panel that constitutes the front of the door body, a frame that supports at least a part of the outside edge of the front panel, and a back panel that constitutes the back of the door body. According to at least one embodiment, the front panel includes a hard coat laminated sheet; the hard coat laminated sheet has a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin sheet layer in that order from the surface on the front side. The first hard coat is formed from a coating material which contains (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional(meth)acrylate, (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water repellant and (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent and which does not contain inorganic particles, and the second hard coat is formed from a coating material which contains (A) 100 parts by mass of the polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (D) 50-300 parts by mass of inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm. This door body may have a display on at least a part of the front thereof.

An embodiment provides an adhesive film having, in order from the surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, a transparent resin film layer, and an adhesive layer. The first hard coat is formed from a coating that does not include inorganic particles. The second hard coat is formed from a coating that includes inorganic particles. The adhesive film satisfies the following conditions: (i) the total light transmittance is at least 85%; and (vii) the pencil hardness of the first hard coat surface is at least 5H. Another embodiment provides an adhesive film having, in order from the surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, a transparent resin film layer, and an adhesive layer. The first hard coat is formed from a coating that does not include inorganic particles. The second hard coat is formed from a coating that includes inorganic particles. The adhesive film satisfies the following conditions: (i) the total light transmittance is at least 85%; (iv) the water contact angle at the first hard coat surface is at least 100 degrees; and (v) the water contact angle at the first hard coat surface after 20,000 reciprocal cotton rubs is at least 100 degrees.

Adhesive film

One embodiment provides a multilayer hard coating film which sequentially includes, from the superficial layer side, a first hard coating and a resin film, and wherein: the first hard coating is formed from a coating material that contains a specific amount of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and a specific amount of (B) a water repellent agent, while containing no inorganic particles; and the resin film includes at least one layer of (&#x3b1;) an acrylic resin that contains 50-95% by mole of a structural unit derived from methyl methacrylate and 50-5% by mole of a structural unit derived from vinyl cyclohexane when the total of the structural units derived from polymerizable monomers is taken as 100% by mole. Another embodiment provides a multilayer hard coating film which includes a second hard coating in addition to a first hard coating, and wherein: the first hard coating contains (C) a silane coupling agent in addition to the above-described components (A) and (B); and the second hard coating is formed from a coating material that contains a specific amount of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and a specific amount of (D) inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm.

Multilayer hard coating film

A light control film to be bonded to a panel member for a vehicle includes film substrates, conductive layers, and a liquid crystal layer. The conductive layers are on surfaces of the film substrates opposed to each other, respectively. The liquid crystal layer is sandwiched between conductive layers. The light control film is switchable between a first state with a first haze percentage and a second state with a second haze percentage that is lower than the first haze percentage. Each film substrate includes at least an acrylic imide layer made of acrylic imide. Each conductive layer includes a thin silver film or a copper wire mesh.

Light control film and vehicle body panel including the same

Embodiments provide a hard coat layered film having a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer in order from an outer layer side, the first hard coat including (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate including 20% by mass or more of a tripentaerythritol acrylate, (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water repellent, and (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent, the first hard coat being formed from a coating material not including inorganic particles, and the second hard coat including (A') 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (D) 50-300 parts by mass of inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm. According to at least one embodiment, component (A) may be a mixture of tripentaerythritol acrylate and one or more species selected from the group consisting of dipentaerythritol acrylate, monopentaerythritol acrylate, and polypentaerythritol acrylate.

Hard coat layered film

One embodiment provides a hard coat laminated film having, in order from a surface layer side, a first hard coat and a transparent resin film layer. The first hard coat includes a coating material not including inorganic particles and including: (A) 100 parts by mass polyfunctional (meth) acrylate; (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass water repellent; (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass silane coupling agent; and (D) 0.1-10 parts by mass resin microparticles having an average particle diameter of 0.5-10 &#x3bc;m. Another embodiment provides a hard coat laminated film having, in order from a surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a resin film layer. The first hard coat includes a coating material that does not include inorganic particles. The second hard coat includes a coating material including inorganic particles. The adhesive film fulfills the conditions: (i) a total light transmission rate of at least 85%; (ii) a pencil hardness for the first hard coat surface of at least 5H; and (iii) a Y value for an XYZ color system of 1.5%-4.2%.

A hard coat laminated film according to at least one embodiment has, from the surface layer side, a first hard coat and a transparent resin film layer. The first hard coat is formed from a coating material including: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; and (B) 1-100 parts by mass of an N-substituted (meth)acrylamide compound. The transparent resin film has a first hard coat forming surface which is a poly(meth)acrylic imide resin. A hard coat laminated film according to another embodiment has, from the surface layer side, a second hard coat, the first hard coat and the transparent resin film layer. The second hard coat is formed from a coating material which includes: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; (E) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water repelling agent; and (F) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent; without inorganic particles.

Embodiments provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive film having (&#x3b1;) a poly(meth)acrylimide-based resin film layer and (&#x3b3;) a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer in that order from the surface layer side and having a total light transmittance of 80% or higher. The pressure-sensitive adhesive film may further have (&#x3b4;) a hard coat layer on the surface layer side of the poly(meth)acrylimide-based resin film layer (&#x3b1;). This hard coat layer (&#x3b4;) may comprise an active energy ray-curable resin composition that contains (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; (B) 0.2-4 parts by mass of a compound having an alkoxysilyl group and a (meth)acryloyl group; (C) 0.05-3 parts by mass of organic titanium; and (D) 5-100 parts by mass of fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm. This active energy ray-curable resin composition may further contain (E) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water-repelling agent.

Pressure-sensitive adhesive film

One embodiment provides a molded body that includes a resin substrate and in which: a part or all of the surface of the substrate is coated with a hard coat; a first hard coat is formed from a coating material that does not contain inorganic particles and that contains (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water-repelling agent, and (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent; and a second hard coat is formed from a coating material containing (A) 100 parts by mass of the polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (D) 50-300 parts by mass of fine inorganic particles having an average particle size of 1-300 nm. Another embodiment provides a molded body that includes a resin substrate and in which a part or all of the surface of the substrate is coated with a hard coat, a first hard coat is formed from a coating material that does not contain inorganic particles, a second hard coat is formed from a coating material containing inorganic particles, (i) the total light transmittance is 85% or more, and (ii) the pencil hardness of the surface of the first hard coat is 5H or more.

Molded body

Embodiments of the invention provide a method for producing a multilayer coated film which involves obtaining a first layered body by forming, on a film substrate, a wet-coated film including a coating material (A) containing an active energy ray-curable resin which contains a first photopolymerization initiator and a second photopolymerization initiator, the reaction wavelengths of which differ from one another; and forming a pre-cured coated film including the coating material (A) in a dry-to-the-touch state by preliminarily curing the wet-coated film including the coating material (A), by irradiating the first layered body with active energy rays which include the reaction wavelength of the first photopolymerization initiator and do not include the reaction wavelength of the second photopolymerization initiator. The method further includes obtaining a second layered body by forming a wet-coated film including a coating material (B) on the pre-cured coated film including the coating material (A); and obtaining the multilayer coated film by fully curing the pre-cured coated film including the coating material (A) by irradiating the second layered body with active energy rays including the reaction wavelength of the second photopolymerization initiator.
