The seal structure includes a shaft member, a bush having a shaft hole for passing the shaft member, a pressure-receiving member having a facing surface facing an end surface of the bush on one side in the direction of the axis, and an elastic member that presses the bush against the pressure-receiving member from another side in the direction of the axis, in which a first coating layer is formed between an outer peripheral surface of the shaft member and an inner peripheral surface of the shaft hole of the bush, and a second coating layer is formed between the end surface of the bush on one side in the direction of the axis and the facing surface of the pressure-receiving member.

Seal structure

A rubber member for coating a developing roll which is obtained by coating a coating layer component around a developing roll having a rubber substrate layer and curing the coating layer component is described. The coating layer component contains: (A) a liquid binder containing at least a polyol, an isocyanate compound and reactive silicone oil; (B) silicone rubber particles having a hardness according to JIS K6253: 1997 by Durometer A, measured instantaneously, of 20 to 80 degrees, and a rubber particle size of 0.2 to 10 pm; and a diluting solvent. A ratio of a thickness of the coating layer after curing and a particle size of the rubber satisfies: the rubber particle size/a coating layer thickness &#x3c;0.3.

A seal ring () is attached to an annular groove () provided on an outer periphery of a shaft (), and slides on a lateral wall surface () of the annular groove () on a lower pressure side. The seal ring () includes: a dynamic pressure generation groove () that generates dynamic pressure with sealed fluid introduced thereinto, the dynamic pressure generation groove () being provided in a sliding region X of a lateral surface () thereof on the lower pressure side in which the lateral surface () slides on the lateral wall surface (); and an introduction hole () that has an opening () at a position away from the lateral surface () of an inner peripheral surface () of the seal ring () by a distance Y, communicates with the dynamic pressure generation groove (), and introduces the sealed fluid into the dynamic pressure generation groove ().

Seal ring

A seal ring capable of stably reducing a rotational torque while preventing the leakage of sealed fluid. The seal ring includes: an abutment joint part () provided at one portion in a circumferential direction thereof; a plurality of dynamic pressure generation grooves () provided at intervals in the circumferential direction on a side of a sliding surface thereof sliding on a lateral wall surface of an annular groove; and foreign matter discharging grooves () that are provided between a region in which the plurality of dynamic pressure generation grooves () is arranged and the abutment joint part () in the circumferential direction on the side of the sliding surface sliding on the lateral wall surface, and that are capable of catching foreign matter intruding from the abutment joint part () and discharging the caught foreign matter to an outside of a sliding part between the seal ring and the lateral wall surface.
