A loop antenna unit including two loop antennas having a same number of turns and different winding directions, the two loop antennas being positioned in line symmetry and not superposed on each other in a plan view. Each of the two loop antennas includes a loop conductive line wound continuously in one direction with n turns, where n is an integer of 3 or more, forming loops from a start point to an end point on the outermost loop or the innermost loop, the loop conductive line being bent in a transitional region in a direction from an outer loop toward an inner loop such that the loops have bent portions positioned side by side from an outermost first loop to an (n−1)th loop in the transitional region, and a jumper wire positioned on the insulating layer to cross the transitional region in a plan view.

Loop antenna, loop antenna unit and electronic device

An electronic device includes first, second and third substrates positioned in this order when viewed in an observation direction, antenna units including first, second, third, and fourth antenna units formed such that the first and second antenna units are positioned on opposite sides of the second substrate and superposed on each other in the plan view, and that the third and fourth antenna units are positioned on the opposite sides of the second substrate and superposed on each other in the plan view, a display functional layer formed between the first and second substrates, a touch sensing functional layer formed between the first and second substrates, and including a capacitive touch sensing wiring unit and the first antenna unit, and a controller which is formed on the third substrate and controls a touch sensing function, a display function, a communication function, and a wireless charging function of the device.

A black matrix substrate includes a black dielectric layer formed on a transparent substrate, a first insulating layer formed on the black dielectric layer, a first conductive layer formed on the first insulating layer and including a first conductive pattern, a second insulating layer formed on the first conductive pattern, an oxide semiconductor layer formed on the second insulating layer, a second conductive layer formed on the oxide semiconductor layer and the second insulating layer, the second conductive layer including a second conductive pattern, a transparent resin layer formed on the second conductive pattern, and a light-absorbing layer formed on the transparent resin layer. The black dielectric layer includes carbon and covers the first and second conductive patterns in a plan view. The light-absorbing layer includes carbon and covers the first and second conductive patterns in a plan view.

Black matrix substrate and display device

A color filter substrate for use in a fringe-field switching mode liquid crystal display wherein the color filter substrate and an array substrate provided with a comb-shaped pixel electrode having an electrode width of 10 &#x3bc;m or less are arranged facing each other with a liquid crystal layer interposed therebetween. The color filter substrate comprises a transparent substrate, a black matrix provided on the transparent substrate, includes an organic pigment as a main coloring agent, color pixels having a relative dielectric constant of 2.9 or more but 4.4 or less, and a transparent resin layer provided on the color pixels. The relative dielectric constant of each of the color pixels falls within &#xb1;0.3 of an average relative dielectric constant of the color pixels.
