A resistor material including a plurality of crystalline phases having a positive temperature coefficient of resistance, and an amorphous phase having a negative temperature coefficient of resistance and having a resistivity higher than the crystalline phase, in a mixed state, is provided. Moreover, a resistor element having a resistor film configured by the resistor material described above, and a method of manufacturing a resistor element by forming a film of an amorphous material having a negative temperature coefficient of resistance and subjecting this film to an annealing treatment to obtain the resistor element described above, are provided.

Resistor material, resistor element and method of manufacturing the resistor element

A fixation structure for a rear cover () in which a waterproofing grommet () is fixed to the wire lead-out side (), from which a wire from a connector housing () is led out, of a connector () and which is assembled to the wire lead-out side () of the connector for () with the waterproofing grommet () in between. The grommet () is provided with a rib () that is in contact with the inner wall (protrusion ()) () to hold the attitude of the grommet () relative to the rear cover ().

Rear-cover attachment structure

A lever insertion hole () for inserting a lever () is provided in a female housing (). A rib () and a flexible lever-holding lock () are arranged on the inner wall (A) of the lever insertion hole (). The rib () enables the lever () to be inserted, through a key groove () axially provided in the outer peripheral surface of the lever (), into the female housing () only when the lever () is at a predetermined rotational position. The rib () and the lever-holding lock () are together in contact with a wall section () of a coming-out prevention groove (), provided in the lever (), to hold the lever () from coming out.

Lever-fitting type connector with rotatably insertable locking lever

A waterproof connector, comprising a pair of male and female housings () engaged with each other. The waterproof connector also comprises a grommet () covering at least one of the housings () and a fastening member () inserted from the grommet () side into the pair of male and female housings () to connect them to each other. In addition, the grommet comprises a sealing part () having a predetermined length along the inserting direction of the fastening member () and formed integrally with a grommet body () at the outlet side end part () thereof.

Waterproof connector

A connector apparatus comprises a connector, an annular member, and a cover member covering a rear surface of the connector. An engaging portion with a rear end surface is provided in the annular member. A step portion with a front end surface is provided in a rear portion of the connector. The cover member has a hook portion in the front end thereof. When the cover member covers the rear portion of the connector, the hook portion engages with the step portion. Thereafter, when the annular member is fixed to the connector, the rear end surface of the engaging portion and the front end surface of the step portion clamp the hook portion to prevent the hook portion from coming off.

Connector apparatus

A through-panel connector, comprising a female connector () and a male connector disposed on one side and the other side of panel () and fitted to each other through a mounting hole () formed in the panel (). The female connector () comprises a plurality of flexible holding ribs (). The holding ribs () are formed on the outer peripheral surface () of the female connector () opposed to the mounting hole inner peripheral surface () of the panel () so as to be extended along the inserting direction of the mounting hole () and separated from the outer peripheral surface () while being extended from the base end part () to the tip part () of the female connector () along the mounting hole inner peripheral surface (). The holding ribs () are biased and held on the mounting hole inner peripheral surface () with the female connector () fitted to the panel ().

Through-panel connector

A lever-fit connector, wherein a rotation prevention lock () preventing a lever () from being rotated when male and female connector housing are fitted (joined) to each other is installed in the inner wall (A) of a lever insert hole () in a female housing (). A rotation lock recessed part () in which the rotation lock part (D) of the rotation prevention lock () is engageably stored is formed in the peripheral surface of the lever (). The angle of the rotation lock part (D) is set so that the rotation lock part (D) is drawn to the lever () side in excessive rotation by bringing the rotation lock part (D) into contact with the side wall surface (B) of the rotation lock recessed part ().

Lever-fitting type connector

The self-locating connector assembly includes a first connector receiving one of internal and external terminals. The assembly includes a second connector receiving the other one of external and internal terminals. The assembly includes a locator for slidably inserting first connector thereinto in an axial direction of the internal and external terminals. Respecting one of the first connector and the second connector are slidably locked with corresponding one of supporting members vertically and horizontally. Before the first and second connectors are mated with each other, the first and second connectors automatically correct a displacement between axes thereof. The first connector includes a recess, the recess including an oblique face for facilitating to mate with the second connector, the recess including at least a pair of parallel faces with an axial dimension and joined to the oblique face. The second connector includes a parallel face corresponding to the recess of the first connector. During mating operation of the first connector and the second connector, parallel faces of the first connector and the second connector automatically corrects the displacement before the internal and external terminals are mated with each other.
