Some embodiments relate to a roofing accessory. The roofing accessory comprises a protruding member extending from a base member. The base member surrounds at least a portion of an outer edge of a bottom end of the protruding member. The base member has a top surface, a bottom surface opposite the top surface, and an outer edge. The bottom surface of the base member has a weldable portion and an adherable portion between the weldable portion and the outer edge of the bottom end of the protruding member. The roofing accessory comprises an adhesive disposed on the adherable portion of the bottom surface of the base member. The adhesive is not disposed on the weldable portion of the bottom surface of the base member.

Adherable and weldable roofing accessories and related methods

This invention relates to a method and system of applying a fluid material to a roofing surface. By modifying a peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device, a fluid material having a viscosity of 10,000 to 40,000 centipoise at 25° C. can be effectively sprayed onto a roofing surface. Additionally, the use of a modified peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device allows for the fluid material to be applied onto the roofing surface at a faster rate than other spraying methods.

This invention relates to a method and system of applying a fluid material to a roofing surface. By modifying a peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device, a fluid material having a viscosity of 10,000 to 40,000 centipoise at 25&#xb0; C. can be effectively sprayed onto a roofing surface. Additionally, the use of a modified peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device allows for the fluid material to be applied onto the roofing surface at a faster rate than other spraying methods.

This invention, in embodiments, relates to a device and a method of attaching a roofing membrane to a building surface that prevents and/or reduces overspray of adhesive onto a welding seam area. The device includes an insertion mechanism configured to hold a roofing membrane as the roofing membrane is being attached to a building surface via an adhesive, and an extension frame attached to the insertion mechanism, the extension frame including a channel that is configured to support and to hold at least one board, to thereby reduce the adhesive from spraying onto a welding seam area as the roofing membrane is being applied to the building surface.
