A mechanical hitch control system for a vehicle includes a draft force sensing member, a mechanical hitch control unit, a hitch valve actuator, and a cable transmitting a draft force signal to the hitch control unit. A draft cam is coupled to the draft force sensing and setting members. A position cam is coupled to the position setting member and to a hitch position sensing member. A draft pickup cam is coupled to the draft cam and pivotally mounted on the hitch position setting member. At least one of the cams is operatively engagable with the hitch valve actuator. The cams are enclosed by housing with an opening covered by a removable side plate. The cams and levers are coupled to input members which are inserted through the side plate. The assembled cams, levers and input members are then installed into the housing through the opening.

Mechanical hitch control unit

An adjustable armrest for use with an operator's seat on a vehicle includes a pair of pins which project laterally from a side of the seat. A generally rectangular frame has an open side which faces the seat. A pair of gear wheels mounted for rotation on the frame about its central axis. Each gear wheel has another bore which is offset from the central bore and which receives one of the pins. A drive gear drives a belt which rotates the gear wheels to move the drive gears and frame with respect to the pins. A knob is slidably and non-rotatably coupled to an end of a sleeve which, in turn, is fixed to the drive gear. The knob is rotatably and non-slidably coupled to an end of a shaft which is slidable in the sleeve. The other end of the shaft is coupled to a locking pawl. As spring urges the knob, shaft and pawl to a locking position wherein the pawl engages the gear wheels cylinders to prevent their rotation. The knob is movable against the spring to disengage the pawl from the gear wheels.

Adjustable armrest

An engine governor system includes an electronic governor which controls the fuel supply to an engine in response to an throttle signal supplied by a throttle potentiometer which coupled to a throttle lever. A circuit is connected between the throttle potentiometer and a potential source. The circuit includes a normally closed foot-operated deceleration switch connected in parallel with a first variable resistor, both connected in series with a third variable resistor. Closing the foot-operated switch will reduce the throttle signal by an amount controlled by the adjustment of the first variable resistor. The maximum possible throttle signal can be controlled by the adjustment of the second variable resistor.
