A device is provided for temporarily attaching a wheelbarrow to a tractor. The device includes a bracket device configured to permit left and right rotation of the wheelbarrow in relation to the tractor and to permit a wheel of the wheelbarrow to move up and down in relation to the tractor while preventing the wheelbarrow from tipping.

A remote control assembly for rotating a throttle-valve shaft (18) rotatably mounted in a carburetor (14) including a control housing (22) having threaded fasteners for attaching the control housing (22) to a carburetor (14). A throttle conduit (28) is connected to the control housing (22) and a throttle core element (30) is movably supported in the throttle conduit (28) for movement in response to accelerator pedal inputs. A cruise control conduit (34) is connected to the control housing (22) and a cruise control core element (38) is movably supported in the cruise control conduit (34) for movement in response to cruise control inputs. A throttle pulley (40) is rotatably mounted in the control housing (22) and the throttle core element (30) is connected to the throttle pulley (40) for rotating the throttle pulley (40) in response to the movement of the throttle core element (30). A cruise control pulley (54) is pivotally mounted in the control housing (22) for limiting movement of the throttle pulley (40) and the cruise control core element (38) is connected to the cruise control pulley (54) for pivoting the cruise control pulley (54) in response to the movement of the cruise control core element (38). A drive shaft (42) is rotatably supported by the control housing (22) and coupled (64) to the throttle-valve shaft (18) for transmitting motion of the throttle pulley (40) to the throttle-valve shaft (18).

Preassembled throttle valve control cable

A rotary control device which includes an output pulley housing and an output pulley rotatably mounted therein. A cable is at least partially wrapped around the output pulley and passed through a cable housing that is slidably mounted on the output pulley housing. The output pulley rotates in response to the movement of the cable. A spring mechanism is positioned between the output pulley housing and the cable housing to bias the pulley housing away from the cable housing to take up any slack in and tension in the cable. Furthermore, the output pulley or the input pulley or both can include a cam lobe or lobes formed on its periphery where the cable wraps therearound to control the torque output of the assembly.

Cable operated rotary control assembly

A cable strand end fitting includes a housing adapted to be attached to a mounting member and having a passageway extending therethrough. The cable strand end fitting also includes a screw member including a passageway extending therethrough, whereby a strand extends through the passageway and has a retainer member which abuts the screw member. The cable strand end fitting includes a structure for adjusting the tension in the strand.

Adjustable cable strand end fitting

A cable assembly for rotating a member in response to a rotating input, including first and second pulley members and a conduit extending longitudinally and interconnecting the first and second pulley members. A pair of spaced strands extend longitudinally through the conduit and at least partially about the first and second pulley members. The first pulley member includes a slack adjustment mechanism for adjusting the slack in the strands.

Cable assembly for heater air control

A manually operated and locked conduit length adjuster system comprising a cable adapted to be connected at one end to an actuator and at the other end to a device to be actuated, a first length of conduit adapted to be attached at one end to a fixed point and at the other end to a manually locked conduit length adjuster. The manually locked conduit length adjuster includes a plastic body adapted to be attached to the first length of conduit and having an opening through which a plastic slider extends. The slider includes annular teeth and the plastic body includes a locking member integrally hinged to the plastic body and adapted to be moved into position to cause teeth thereon to engage the teeth on the slider. The locking member has other portions thereof which engage the body for locking the locking member in position.
