A hydraulic circuit includes a first shift valve and a second shift valve that are provided in series between a source oil path through which oil whose pressure has been regulated flows and a first clutch oil path and a second clutch oil path. The first shift valve is selectively switchable between a first switching state where a first communicating oil path and the first clutch oil path are communicated and a second switching state where a second communicating oil path and the second clutch oil path are communicated, and the second shift valve is selectively switchable between a third switching state where the source oil path and the first communicating oil path are communicated and a fourth switching state where the source oil path and the second communicating oil path are communicated.

Hydraulic circuit of driving device for vehicle

A hydraulic system of vehicle transmission device is provided. A heat exchanger configured downstream is used to cool working oil discharged from a torque converter, and the working oil is supplied, as lubricating oil, to a lubricating system hydraulic circuit. On the other hand, excess oil flowing out of a regulator valve for regulating line pressure returns to an input side of an oil pump through a recycle oil path. A bypass oil path is disposed in a manner of branching from the recycle oil path and connecting to an input side of the heat exchanger. A control mechanism is disposed, and when hydraulic pressure at the side of the recycle oil path is higher than that at the side of the heat exchanger, the bypass oil path is opened to guide oil at the side of the recycle oil path to the input side of the heat exchanger.

In an hydraulic pressure supply apparatus for a transmission having an input shaft connected to a drive shaft of a prime mover mounted on a vehicle through a torque converter with a lockup clutch, it is configured to have a hydraulic pump drawing up and discharging operating oil; a regulator valve regulating discharged pressure to a line pressure; first and second switching valves supplying hydraulic pressure to the first and second clutches; a first hydraulic control valve supplying the regulated line pressure to the lockup clutch; a third switching valve connected to an output port of the first hydraulic control valve; and first and second electromagnetic valves connected to operating ports of the first, second and third switching valves and adapted to switch among the first, second and third switching valves upon being energized and deenergized.

Hydraulic pressure supply apparatus for transmission

In a control apparatus for an automatic transmission having multiple speeds constituted by four sets and speed selecting mechanisms corresponding to the four sets, assuming the speeds as seven among eight speeds of A to H in order of gear ratio, the four sets are constituted by a first set of A having a largest gear ratio and C that is next but one; a second set including at least H having a smallest gear ratio; a third set of B and D between two of the first set; and a fourth set including two of E, F and G between the second and third sets, and one of first and second pressure regulators selectively supplies hydraulic pressure to two of the mechanisms corresponding to the first and second sets, while the other thereof selectively supplies hydraulic pressure to two of the mechanisms corresponding to the third and fourth sets.

Control apparatus for automatic transmission

In an hydraulic pressure supply apparatus for a transmission, it is configured to have a first hydraulic control valve supplying signal pressure to a pressure regulation port of a regulator valve that regulates discharged pressure discharged from a hydraulic pump to line pressure; a second hydraulic control valve regulating the line pressure and supply it to a lockup clutch; a connecting section connecting a hydraulic passage connecting the first hydraulic control valve and the pressure regulation port with a hydraulic passage connected to an output port of the second hydraulic control valve; and a selecting mechanism installed at the connecting section to select higher pressure between output pressures of the first and second hydraulic control valves such that the selected one acts on the pressure regulation port.

A hydraulic control device is provided with a linear solenoid valve, a shift valve, and a controller. The linear solenoid valve has a gain switching chamber which produces a biasing force in a direction to close the linear solenoid valve to switch the gain characteristic of the linear solenoid valve when oil pressure is supplied to the gain switching chamber. The shift valve is configured to be switchable between a supply state in which the output oil pressure from the linear solenoid valve is supplied to the gain switching chamber and a blocked state in which the supply of the output oil pressure is blocked. The controller brings the shift valve into the supply state when a necessary oil pressure of an engagement element is high and into the blocked state when the necessary oil pressure of the engagement element is low.

Hydraulic control device

A hydraulic control device for a transmission is provided. The hydraulic control device regulates hydraulic pressure from an oil pressure source to generate line pressure, and selectively applies the generated line pressure to at least two kinds of controlled objects. The hydraulic control device includes: linear solenoid valves each controlling hydraulic pressure to the line pressure in accordance with electromagnetic force of a solenoid; and switching valves each selectively switching at least two kinds of controlled objects to apply the hydraulic pressure applied from the corresponding linear solenoid valve to the switched controlled object. The hydraulic control device further includes a feedback oil passage provided for each of the switching valves. The feedback oil passage is branched from one of a plurality of output oil passages of the corresponding switching valve. The feedback oil passage is connected to a feedback port of the linear solenoid valve.
