The present invention aims to stably maintain the posture of a crosshead by means of guide bars without an increase in the size of a link housing or tie bars. An opening/closing apparatus according to the present invention includes: a pressure-receiving plate (); a fixed platen () to which a fixed mold () is to be mounted; a frame () on which the pressure-receiving plate () and the fixed platen () are installed; and a movable platen () which is movable on the frame () and to which a movable mold () is to be mounted. The opening/closing apparatus also includes: a crosshead movement mechanism including guide members () extending from the pressure-receiving plate (), and a crosshead () whose movement is guided by the guide members (); an opening/closing mechanism for opening/closing a mold, including a toggle link mechanism () connecting the pressure-receiving plate (), the crosshead () and the movable platen (), and a drive mechanism for driving the toggle link mechanism (); and a guide member support mechanism for supporting the guide members (). A lubrication-condition detector detects a lubricant shortage of a target portion that repeats a predetermined operation at a predetermined cycle. The lubrication-condition detector includes: a physical-quantity measuring unit for continuously measuring a physical quantity related to the target portion; and a computer for determining a presence of a lubricant shortage based on the physical quantity. The computer includes: a cycle extractor for extracting a cycle datum per an operational cycle from continuous data including the physical quantity and its measuring time; a representative-value calculator for calculating a representative value for each of plural cycle data; and determining unit for determining a presence of a lubricant shortage based on the plural representative values.

A stationary platen unit and a movable platen unit each include a platen body, a load transmission portion, a die fixing plate, and a backup member. The backup member is located between the platen body and the die fixing plate. The backup member is movable between a first position in which it is in contact with both the die fixing plate and the platen body and a second position in which it is separate from the die fixing plate and/or the platen body. When a large die set is attached to the die fixing plate, the backup member is situated in the first position. When a small die set is attached to the die fixing plate, the backup member is moved to the second position.

A support device for a movable die comprises a linear guide, a base, a movable platen, a driving mechanism which linearly moves the base, and a securing mechanism which secures the movable platen to the base. The base is guided by the linear guide and is linearly movable. A movable die is mounted to the movable platen, and the movable platen is mounted on the base. When the movable platen undergoes a deformation with a pressure of die clamping, the securing mechanism absorbs a displacement of the movable platen in a base movement direction or a vertical direction due to the deformation.

A gas injection system of a nuclear power plant including a reactor and a gaseous waste disposal system, comprises a hydrogen injection unit for injecting hydrogen into a reactor of a nuclear power plant, an oxygen injection unit for injecting oxygen into a gaseous waste disposal system in which the oxygen is recombined with the hydrogen passed by way of the reactor, a densitometer for measuring a balance of concentration between the hydrogen and the oxygen in the gaseous waste disposal system, a flowmeter for measuring a flow rate of an exhaust gas of the gaseous waste disposal system, and a controlling unit for controlling the quantities of the hydrogen gas and the oxygen gas. According to the operation of the controlling unit, the injection quantities of the hydrogen and the oxygen from the hydrogen injection unit and the oxygen injection unit are controlled in accordance with the results of the concentration balance measurement and the flow rate measurement, a lag time between a time when the oxygen and the hydrogen are injected and the time when the oxygen and the hydrogen reach the gaseous waste disposal system is stored, respectively, and an injection timing from the hydrogen injection and the oxygen injection is controlled in response to the lag time.
